Oushk has a new fb group

It's called Oushkers. 5 customers have been given Moderator rights.

I've left the group. I really don't like the idea of customers being moderators.

Presumably a poster on FB that people are being careful not to out.

Agreed. People have said enough about who she is.

I've just left the group tbh didn't find it helpful and disliked the whole new vibes Shame really as initial group was very informative and liked the interactive sessions with the pharmacist/ owner hira .Although laterally it had become all about delivery issues .
I've still got a huge amount of weight to lose but weighing up sticking with them as will need maintenance for life I suspect or go cheaper and move about .

Someone’s just posted about the price of MJ going up and people on the group are saying they’re very worried, in tears etc - deleted.

Yeah I’m not so much posting about the price increase itself, more about the heavy handed deleting AGAIN.

No a post was deleted, Hiras now done a live about it though so that’s something.

They block/delete any posts on ordering/prices etc and have for months so facebook don't shut them down. Facebook rules are outside their control.

They have a customer Circle group where they can discuss.

They have given a message on the updates, a live update and will answer more questions tonight at 7pm in another live if there are any.

They have told customers they can order 3 pens before the end of the month and use Klarna if they want to spread payments.

Think they are doing ok for now considering the news is just out a few hours.

She said they’ve negotiated slightly better prices with more info to come. And that she’s sorry, it’s blindsided them too. You can also order 3 pens at once between now and first September at current prices.

Do you know how this would work for customers new to oushk (I'm currently with another pharmacy) so say I order 3 pens when a delivery of 30 August that would take me through to end of November before I need another one(if I can afford the higher prices) but then if I went to another supplier if discount codes still exist then how would I prove I got 3 pens and there hasn't been a gap in ordering?

Also for new oushk customers if I use the discount code to order 3 pens would I still get a discount?

When I asked this previously, they told me to write on the pen box the date I started using it and send a photo with my reorder.
