It's called Oushkers. 5 customers have been given Moderator rights.

I've left the group. I really don't like the idea of customers being moderators.

All looks so dodgy now and untrustworthy, this could be the downfall unfortunaly.

Edited

Other options are pharmulous, cloud, swift doctor and Livewell pharmacy.

I won't go with oushk after hearing they use affiliates. Swift Dr use affiliates but they do price match so they're fairly cheap.

Pharmulous have the best reputation. Livewell pharmacy were really brilliant with me. Pharmulous and Livewell don't use affiliates.

I shall have to have a look. Iv been with Oushk since the start of my journey last year however this is all turning very strange atm.

Apparently it's gone again

Orangesandlemons77 · 14/05/2025 16:20

I noticed a link on the .monj.co.uk website to a chat group on there in case anyone is interested, might be better than the comings and goings on FB

Hilbil212001 · 15/05/2025 07:48

my delivery is delayed and I posted about it which got declined due to mentioning DPD. I tried a different way of phrasing it. Two attempts. Got 34 notifications to say it had been declined. Page is all a bit mad now lol.

WeAllHaveWings · 15/05/2025 07:57

Seems like MN is really the only place that we can discuss this topic freely anymore. I bet MN have had complaints about it too. Don’t think there has been a topic banned on MN since GF (older posters will know who I am talking about)

FoxChops · 15/05/2025 08:19

@Hilbil212001to be fair to them, they do ask people not to post about their failed deliveries etc as the correct route to query that is direct with the actual pharmacy.

They must have stacks of people still trying to port about deliveries and discount codes

Hilbil212001 · 15/05/2025 08:23

I didn’t mind the post being declined at all. It was just annoying that FB went mental and gave me 34 notifications about it. I’m hoping my delivery arrives without being too warm.

NewLifter · 15/05/2025 09:58

How delayed is your delivery?

It happened to me last week and they did replace my pen but it dud take me to read out their own recent email on delivery as he kept giving incorrect info. I received my replacement today and the ice block was actually still frozen which was a first for me. However I received am extra pack of needles with a different patients name on 🙈

I was also intrigued by the leaflet on oushk fuel, I normally put it straight in the bin but this time I read it. I was intrigued that it's being marketed specifically to women. Why?

Hilbil212001 · 15/05/2025 10:00

It was due today - the dpd app says it should be rectified within 24 hours. We shall see!

Oh a wee GDPR breach to throw into the mix for you.

I haven’t read the fuel leaflet either - maybe just because woman make up the majority of their customers?

FortyElephants · 15/05/2025 10:03

I ordered from livewell and got a call the next day and order dispatched notification immediately. I cancelled my Oushk order with a £10 penalty because I can't risk it being delayed. I considered keeping both pens but I don't want to get in a pickle in future if it's too long between orders due to stockpiling and I could do without spending £350 on it in one month!

Hilbil212001 · 15/05/2025 10:04

Thankfully I don’t need it till Tuesday but I don’t know how long it can be delayed for before it becomes unusable?

copi1ot · 15/05/2025 11:25

I've never joined the FB group and only realised they exist because of MN.

However, I have a quick question to Oushk users - have you tried contacting them and if so, did you get a response? I'm supporting an older relative who is on Oushk and initially we had a great response by email to a medications question. But recently email and Contact Us hasn't elicited any response in over 72 hours.

Hilbil212001 · 15/05/2025 11:25

Yes they are quite quick over WhatsApp I’ve found.

copi1ot · 15/05/2025 11:29

Cheers, I'll try that (another thing MN has taught me!).

I think you were answered and told you would have got a notification each time you tried to post.

Hilbil212001 · 15/05/2025 11:40

I only tried to post twice though that’s the point. I’m not a crazy person. I just thought it was funny that Facebook went bananas. The group has lost all sense of normality.

Itscoldouthere · 15/05/2025 11:47

I think it’s a problem with many companies who grow really quickly, it’s very hard to keep up good customer service, as you need to increase your staff rapidly and you need to ensure your delivery services can cope as well.
I’d say they’ve grown a bit too big quickly, but now other companies are starting to offer more long term maintenance options, things may settle down at Oushk, but who knows I feel like these drugs are becoming more acceptable and mainstream, so maybe we will just see more providers, possibly more local pharmacies where you can walk to pick it up, rather than having to worry about delivery, which seems to be the cause a lot of problems. I’d happily go to somewhere local.
Personally I went with Oushk because of their maintenance offers, the FB group is something I look at, but don’t need it.
It sounds like the most engaging content (good and bad) about GLP1 is on TT and Reddit, but I don’t go there 🤣
Can just about cope with FB, Instagram and MN, no room in my life for more.

Mumconnect · 15/05/2025 12:25

@Itscoldouthere I think most pharmacies do it now. My independent village pharmacy do mj, a pharmacy in town does it with price matching (they're joined to an online pharmacy).

Oushk were one of the first to offer maintenance but like you say there's loads of pharmacies doing it now.

probably too busy moderating the facebook page so it doesn't get shut down again, and the scraps between posters 🙈

The facebook support group and the live Q&As making (some) customers feel they were part of something with a pharmacist that was doing this all for them (and not the wads of money they are making), driving loyalty, is (was) their only remaining USP (along with picking a delivery date on orders). They will be panicking it is at risk.

Without that they are just another pharmacy. One that did maintenance first, but many others have caught up now and I don't see anything else to set them above the rest. My emails have been replied to, but from the facebook page (before they were moderating it) it seems more and more people were getting delays in replies.

Itscoldouthere · 15/05/2025 13:44

@Mumconnect I’m in north London and no pharmacies local to me offer it, there are a few ‘clinics’ that do, but are charging £200 + even for 2.5, luckily I’ve yet to have any delivery issues and I keep an extra in stock just incase, so I’ll stick with Oushk for now, but if they become really unreliable I’ll look elsewhere.

Mumconnect · 15/05/2025 13:52

@Itscoldouthere to be fair I don't think oushk are actually that bad. They just need to hire a lot more staff to deal with the increased demand and not use affiliate marketing.

They could do with more prescribers/weight verifiers, a proper web developer, and a lot more people to manage their Facebook.

I've been very happy with Livewell pharmacy personally and I've heard pharmulous are good too if you have issues in the future. Neither of them use affiliates.

Orangesandlemons77 · 15/05/2025 14:15

I think simple online pharmacy is one of the cheapest doing maintenance and they price match.

Mumconnect · 15/05/2025 14:21

Orangesandlemons77 · 15/05/2025 14:15

I think simple online pharmacy is one of the cheapest doing maintenance and they price match.

Simple even said they'd do me 3 months of 15mg for £135 each plus only £4 postage. Price matched to medicine marketplace but without medicine marketplace's £10 a month postage.

BUT if you ever want to come off mj they said I'd be ineligible to recommence unless I had a high BMI again.

Also they have so many prescribers that you can have an agreement with one but then someone else reviews your prescription next month and demands that you reduce your dose etc.

I prefer the personal touch from Livewell and pharmulous personally.

Hilbil212001 · 16/05/2025 09:58

Still no sign of my delivery from Oushk - phoned this morning (20 mins to get through so not too bad) and they said to phone back tomorrow. I’m not holding out much hope, but they said they will send another on Monday if needs be. I need it for Tuesday evening so fingers crossed.
