It's called Oushkers. 5 customers have been given Moderator rights.

I've left the group. I really don't like the idea of customers being moderators.

That's not great customer service asking to ring back again when you've already waited 20 mins. Hope the delivery turns up soon

Hilbil212001 · 16/05/2025 10:47

Yeah I’m disappointed in this and the madness of the fb group 😆 not had any problems up until now since Feb and recommended them to loads of people.

I don't get why people are still bothering with Oushk. You get an answer straight away from Livewell, no waiting 20 mins on the phone or waiting months for a maintenance appointment.

Pharmulous are fantastic too.

It’s the first time I’ve had issues - and at this point they have my wonga and I don’t have my goods so need to persevere with this order lol.

Love that in the new moderated facebook group any posts with "delivery" in them are blocked as it will cause facebook to close the group.............. but they can then release positive ones 🤔

Bet they don't release negative ones that are this side of the "fine line", it is now a censored group where they control the rhetoric.

Previously when there were negative posts they would come on and "help" giving the impression they were responsive. Mixed messages and censoring posts is going to lose them customers.

I have two pens preordered with Oushk so not looking to change anytime soon, but watching how they fix this over the next month or so. Might need to start looking for an established online provider that can do delivery dates and life long maintenance.

I was gonna comment this - but I got in enough trouble yesterday so trying to be good.

It’s just disappointing really. I had absolutely nothing but good things to say until this week.

doodleschnoodle · 16/05/2025 11:17

I’d just avoid the FB group honestly. I’ve had no issues with their actual service and I like their transparency and flexibility around maintenance, so happy as a customer. It’s just the FB group that has a high percentage of lunatics. So I’ve just unfollowed so it doesn’t show in feed and will only go there to check for discount codes etc.

macandcheeseforthewine · 16/05/2025 11:18

Mumconnect · 15/05/2025 14:21

Simple even said they'd do me 3 months of 15mg for £135 each plus only £4 postage. Price matched to medicine marketplace but without medicine marketplace's £10 a month postage.

BUT if you ever want to come off mj they said I'd be ineligible to recommence unless I had a high BMI again.

Also they have so many prescribers that you can have an agreement with one but then someone else reviews your prescription next month and demands that you reduce your dose etc.

I prefer the personal touch from Livewell and pharmulous personally.

Didn't know that about Simple. I've just contacted them about maintenance (and waiting for a response) but was hoping that if I wanted to try coming off completely and it didn't work I'd be able to go back on.

I'm just looking for the cheapest place really, and one that will allow me to do the above.

They might turn it around yet, they have with previous issues.

They are growing and obviously struggling to keep up, and their technology naivety is letting them down a bit (along with their couriers) and they are overwhelmed.

I still like the little things like I can pick a delivery date and I can now change the date of existing orders which makes my life easier and they will be flexible with maintenance. I liked the Q&As in the beginning too (now they are too repetitive for longer term users). I've never had a delivery issue (yet).

You will probably find most of the smaller/newer to online pharmacies will go through this pain or evolution as they grow.

NewLifter · 15/05/2025 09:58

How delayed is your delivery?

It happened to me last week and they did replace my pen but it dud take me to read out their own recent email on delivery as he kept giving incorrect info. I received my replacement today and the ice block was actually still frozen which was a first for me. However I received am extra pack of needles with a different patients name on 🙈

I was also intrigued by the leaflet on oushk fuel, I normally put it straight in the bin but this time I read it. I was intrigued that it's being marketed specifically to women. Why?

Breach is disappointing news. Did you tell Oushk?

They do bundles of 3 so would mean less waiting around for deliveries as well

I agree it's massively censored now. That thread about affiliates was really worrying too. Someone asked about lives and all the affiliates were posting links to their tiktoks. I don't agree with affiliates at all. It's like toxic positivity now. Completely warped view.

Livewell pharmacy do future delivery dates, like if you order you can set a date for the next 2 weeks. They also support maintenance. They're new to selling mj online but have been selling men's health online for ages and that's tighter regulated. They've been selling mj locally since the start too.

I'm not getting paid by them. I'm just a really happy customer. I'm getting frustrated how people are having issues with oushk and IQ doctor and I'm trying to say that Livewell were really fantastic with me. I bet oushk were this fantastic a year ago too.

Mumconnect · 16/05/2025 11:31

@macandcheeseforthewine I had a maintenance conversation with them and simple don't let you recommence after stopping for 12 weeks. If they did I'd be ordering with them. I feel like I've tried them all at this point but I've settled on Livewell pharmacy or pharmulous.

copi1ot · 16/05/2025 11:33

Oushk is still quite cheap at low doses. This, plus the delivery date thing, keeps me with them.

Will definitely be keeping them in mind - they sound great.

I’ve never needed to pay attention to all the rules before because I thought I would be staying with Oushk for the duration, but to move to Livewell with a BMI of 23.5 would I just need to prove the previous 3 prescriptions?

Think so 🤷‍♀️ just ring them and ask. They actually answer the phones which is refreshing!

@Mumconnect that's a great price for 15mg how did you do that?

Do you know how much simple would do 5 or 7.5 for?

Have a look at monj https://monj.co.uk/discount-mounjaro-price-list/

Simple will price match any of them.

Pillsorted never sent my 7.5 after a week so I cancelled and price matched with simple, simple processed within 2 hours and sent it next day.

That's the picture I sent to simple for the 7.5 price match.

I'd like to know how or what the affiliates get as a kickback.

I think I can handle 12 weeks. As in, I guess that if I come off completely, I feel like I'll probably know within 12 weeks or not whether I'll be able to go it alone or need to be on a low dose potentially for life. But obviously I'll wait until they get back to me and see what they have to say before I decide.

My husband is with Oushk. He started at a BMI of 27 (has high blood pressure and cholesterol) and ended up being what I've seen referred to as a super responder, and lost really quickly on low doses. At the time, it seemed prudent to get him moved over to Oushk before his BMI got down to below 25, as they were one of the few doing maintenance. Even in just a couple of months, that seems to have all changed though, and lots of other companies as reported on here and elsewhere have got on the maintenance band wagon! To be fair, he has had no issues at all with Oushk.

I ended up on higher doses than him, and Oushk is expensive compared to a lot of providers, especially the ones that price match. I'm happy to do all the legwork for price matching etc as I don't work, where as he does. He is only going to need a low dose (he has just ordered his pen with the maintenance discount and is going down to 2.5mg from 5mg, which is the highest he got to). So I'd rather find a provider that's cheaper than Oushk and also has some flexibility.

They've all got their own codes, they'll definitely be on some sort of commission, so it's just the same as medexpress' annoying referral codes.

Can't believe oushk were trying to say their affiliate scheme is ok when people were celebrating medexpress' referral scheme being reined in.
