It's called Oushkers. 5 customers have been given Moderator rights.

I've left the group. I really don't like the idea of customers being moderators.

Yes, I did feel that they were a bit repetitive with their recommendation.

FoxChops · 13/05/2025 14:39

@copi1otinwas starting to become suspicious after they recommended it half a dozen times on the trot! One to avoid then.

I may contact pharmulous and cloud pharmacy

Mumconnect · 13/05/2025 15:14

@Doggymummar

I assumed it was because they were watching us.

I don't think it was oushk but some people in the group can be malicious. Anyway I've got my account back now. I'll try and be less repetitive now too sorry. Just really not impressed with oushk atm. Pharmulous are amazing too.

I don't know how they would know your username, unless they reported you under your real name I suppose. I'm a member, but not one of the weird ones. I've already had to block the one woman who drives me nuts. Sorry if you are in here LH but you are so annoying with your homemade bone broth and other thing's

I really can't stand pictures of food at all while on mj so I really had to scroll passed her posts quickly. I was considering oushk a few months ago so I was in the group. Whenever anyone posts what they ate on mj I can't look at the picture, I know that's a me problem though.

I assumed they were just targeting anyone that wasn't 100% pro oushk, so they saw my posts on here and decided to report them all 🤷‍♀️

They were really mean to people who say their parcel hasn't arrived yet etc. It's meant to be a support group and people might just want support when their parcel has gone awol. I know people in the group can't help but they could at least sympathise.

Yellowsubmarine55 · 13/05/2025 15:42

You've got to agree though that over the past few weeks the delivery questions/rants were very tedious in the last group. Many people left ordering far too late and were panicking as they didn't have anything to use for planned day.

More a user problem than a delivery/Oushk problem I think.

footpath · 13/05/2025 16:32

I live near a secondary school, you hardly ever see girls with short hair or bob length.

TheSproutOfWrath · 13/05/2025 16:34

Well it seems SA has been booted from the FB group 👀

footpath · 13/05/2025 16:34

Oops wrong thread!

Oh wow! Do you think she was booted or do you think she just got annoyed and left?

NippyNinjaCrab · 13/05/2025 16:34

I've personally never had a problem with Oushk as a pharmacy. I was initially in the FB support group but removed myself when it got just too daft with stalker vibes. The maintenance group seems okay. It's just typical FB when people have no common sense and post questions to the pharmacy regarding orders instead of contacting direct. I agree that the family have been far too tolerant and dare I say naive with the groups, these customers are not your friends, they are clients and should be kept as such. Now, these cult like followers are uncontrollable. It might seem a good laugh now but if they don't get their boundaries set it's only going to affect the business. I have had a newsletter this morning and there's been no mention of a weight verification call. Information like this needs to be on an official website. I won't be moving pharmacies as I'm on maintenance, I just hope the business sorts out this nonsense. X

Really!? Or do you reckon you're blocked!?!

No. Says former member on her name 🤔
She probably self combusted at having her power trip stopped 🤣

Mumconnect · 13/05/2025 16:43

kwmounjaro · 13/05/2025 16:38

I don't think you meant to send that to me. I'm staying well away from the Facebook group. I was only in it when I wanted to be a customer and I was looking at my maintenance options.

It's a shame because it has put off genuine potential customers like me. We need as many maintenance options as possible.

IReallyNeedThisToWork · 13/05/2025 16:47

I have to say that I chuckled when I received their newsletter today calling it ‘Our lovely Oushk community’ and ‘our amazing community’ 🤔

FoxChops · 13/05/2025 18:06

The issue they also have as a company is the blocking of members. Because they’d be blocking an actual paying customer. So what to do? Let them run riot with stupidity and winding everyone up, like SA, or boot them and obviously you then lose a customer I should think

I think they started jumping the shark when they released a protein powder for 50 odd quid a month. They clearly wish to be influencers and it just won’t work

they really don’t need groups of customers fighting and behaving like they’re part of the business. I literally have second hand embarrassment for a lot of posters in the group

I did not know it was £50 a month 🤯

You don't need special food on mj, just normal nutritious food

LightCameraBitchSmile · 13/05/2025 18:47

I use Oushk and have never had any comms from them about this group, about discount codes, about weight check calls etc. so weird!!

Sorry to hear that, now they're not allowed to post bikini pictures a lot of them probably won't bother. !

NewLifter · 13/05/2025 23:07

The 'new' mods all have new accounts, weird vague names and not the usual Oushk sunny disposition. Could they still be the 'customer-mods' in disguise 🤣

FoxChops · 13/05/2025 23:36

@NewLifter well as one has misspelt ‘Oushk’ as ‘Ousk’ I’d say there’s a high chance that yep, they’re just randoms

Wingingit11 · 14/05/2025 03:51

I’m on the new group and the point above re mod names is a bit worrying. I enjoyed the Lives on the old thread but completely agree the cult mentality is downright wierd. I think oushk is ok and like the certainty on delivery dates but haven’t been bowled over by the whatapp / email responses I’ve received to queries - they’ve not been in the 24 hours they say they work to either and just generally a bit meh. Agree they need to build beyond Hira, the fb group went from 4000 or so when I joined to about 12000 and it’s too much for one person to field

FlappingMadly · 14/05/2025 07:50

I'm in the group and am not keen. There's some misinformation, superiority (not from a place of knowledge or evidence) and you have people on maintenance and others just starting out. Chaos.

MsPug · 14/05/2025 08:52

I'm sure hira is lovely but the god like worship she receives makes my teeth itch.

MiszJujsnsjxkx · 14/05/2025 09:23

All looks so dodgy now and untrustworthy, this could be the downfall unfortunaly.
