Busy weekend with a friend staying here who doesn’t know I’m on WLI, so it’s been interesting! W15 D5/6/7 5mg

Friday
B Porridge with banana and raspberries.
L Nothing
D Fish, chips and mushy peas from the chippy. Didn’t eat a lot of the chips.
S Protein yoghurt.

Saturday
B Toast with jam and a banana.
L Nothing.
D Lasagne, garlic bread, salad and coleslaw.

Sunday
B Bacon, egg, mushrooms and tomatoes on toast.
L Nothing.
D Homemade pizza with salad.
S Protein yoghurt, raspberries and a banana.

Day 2/2.5mg

Breakfast : 3 scrambled eggs and coffee
Lunch: 1 small wrap with a tin of tuna (I made 2 out of habit but could only finish 1)
Dinner: Salmon fillet with loads of tomatoes and cucumbers and some cottage cheese.

3 litres of water and then I picked on and off at some roasted chicken in the fridge, whenever I felt hungry. As I’m still on a low dose, I’m defo feeling the hunger but I know as I go up, it’ll get better.

Yesterday: week 48, day 4, 10mg, dose 15
B: half a portion of pancakes with bacon, poached egg, hollandaise, half a portion of potato hash with chopped smoked sausage, streaky bacon, corned beef and a fried egg - felt pretty hideous afterwards!!
D: cucumber salad
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, Diet Coke, CBD drink

Today: week 48, day 5, 10mg, dose 15
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: sweet chilli hot smoked salmon fillet, cowboy caviar, mixed salad, pear
S: handful of honey roasted cashews, raspberries
Usual supplements, 2 litres of water, green tea, CBD drink, yogi tea

Week 11 - 5mg

B - a handful of pecans

L - quinoa salad with edamame and green beans

D - chicken and broccoli cheese pasta

No snacks. Water, black coffee, one cup of tea and a can of Pepsi Max to drink.

D - yesterdays leftover spinach and ricotta stuffed chicken, potatoes and broccoli
S - 3 ritz crackers, handful of salted peanuts, a few ready salted Pringles.

Lots of water, supplements, can of Pepsi max.

Not sure what happened today, I never usually snack at all but I was really craving salty food and just went for it! Thankfully I only had small amounts so hoping it won’t affect the scales too much! 🤞

B - one slice of toast with mashed avocado and a glass of orange juice.

L - smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. An apple.

D - steak, cabbage and mashed potato followed by a scoop of ice cream.

Here's today...

Week 9 day 6. 5mg and I'm 14 pounds down.

B...15 Weetabix minis with semi skimmed milk

L...out and about so got lunch from a supermarket. Got a chicken Caesar wrap but only ate half. A snack pack of chicken satay skewers. A tangerine. Sugar free fizzy mango drink.

D... chicken fajitas. Only had 1. Pre MJ would be 2-3. Mini pack of haribo kids didn't want.

2 teas will have another later. 2 litres of water probably more.

@MummyInTheNecropolis how do you find the last day or 2 before jab day. I find the hunger returns on a weds and Thurs (Fri is my jab day). Now I'm on 5mg it's not as intense as it was on 2.5 but still there. I don't want to keep upping my dose as it may still keep happening and then it's 💰💰💰

It doesn’t wear off for me at all, I eat the same way all week, I don’t feel any hunger or food noise returning. I’m on my third 7.5mg pen now and planning to order another - definitely don’t need to move up as I have strong suppression and no side effects at all.

L Tuna melt panini with salad and coleslaw. Ate about half of it.

D Enchiladas (1of) with salad.

D - went to a friend's house for dinner and they had made pie, mash and peas. I ate half and had one glass of wine.
