Yesterday - week 74, day 3, 5mg (maint wk24)
E: spin, 16k steps
B: whole grain rye toast, cream cheese, ALL the black pepper!!
L: Gorgonzola, sweet chilli thins, fig and balsamic beetroot, snack peppers, an apple
D: gochujang chicken mince, noodles, peppers, bok choi, an apple
S: apples, one salted caramel twix finger, 2 tiny red snack peppers whilst cooking (seem to have a passion for red peppers!)
