L- leftover sweet and sour chicken and a bit of rice from last night

T - spaghetti bolognese

Snacks - cup of tea and two shortbread biscuits, homemade gingerbread man (first time baking)

Drank a litre of water, squash, a can of cherry coke zero

E- 11,000 steps

Friday - wk 74, day 2, 5mg (maint wk24)
E: spin, Pilates, yoga
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
L: Gorgonzola, black pepper thins, sweet chilli beetroot, an apple
S: apples, salt and pepper cashews
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, g&ts

Yesterday - week 74, day 3, 5mg (maint wk24)
E: spin, 16k steps
B: whole grain rye toast, cream cheese, ALL the black pepper!!
L: Gorgonzola, sweet chilli thins, fig and balsamic beetroot, snack peppers, an apple
D: gochujang chicken mince, noodles, peppers, bok choi, an apple
S: apples, one salted caramel twix finger, 2 tiny red snack peppers whilst cooking (seem to have a passion for red peppers!)
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 2 glasses of white wine

Day 1, week 8, 5mg, 19lb down

B: protein granola, frozen raspberries and fat free greek yogurt, two coffees, one containing collagen

L: 3 heck chicken sausages, scrambled egg, a hash brown, heinz five beanz and a tiny slice of sourdough

D: roast lamb, roast potatoes, roast carrots, spiced red cabbage, cauliflower cheese and broccoli

1/2 an M&S gingerbread and white chocolate cookie may have also fallen in my mouth earlier. It was divine! Blush

B: decaf black coffee

L: leftover lamb, lentil and black pudding hotpot, swede, parsnip, carrot and a few sprouts on the side. Protein yogurt with 2x kiwis

D: beef burrito with mince, beans, salsa, mayo, avocado, tomato, lettuce, cheese, pink pickled onions. Some coleslaw. Square of dark choc.

Two cups of tea, 2L water and some gardening

L: lucky dip from fridge leftovers - little bit of chicken and bacon pasta with peas, an apple
D: chicken and chorizo lasagna, spinach, an apple
S: an apple, small handful of salt and pepper cashews
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, glass of white wine, 2 proseccos

Feels like lunch and dinner were almost the same!! 😂

B - Overnight oat, chai seeds, fat free greek yogurt & berries. Coffee with collagen protein
L - Egg and tuna salad
D - Chicken breast to up protein, had late lunch
S - Protein yorgurt
E - 10k steps which includes run

1.5l of water with psyllium husk and 3 cups of coffee

L: M&S chunky minestrone soup and a toasted cheese sandwich, two clementines

D: leftover lamb, pepper and spinach burrito

Sn: protein chocolate milk

A few lemsips have also been drank throughout the day and gallons of squash

@gimmemounjaro I love the Lidl ones! Sweet chilli are lovely but the rosemary and sea salt are also fab. Rarely have any of those though as DS eats them like crisps! 😂 Also love a good black pepper cracker.

It’s a revelation that I can eat cheese and biscuits and not instantly put on a stone!

L: seedy crackers with cottage cheese, protein yogurt with a kiwi and a plum

S: handful of nuts, square of dark choc

D: chicken, mushroom and spinach curry, spoonful of brown rice, couple of almonds

i am adopting a new strategy of little and often (or littler and oftener anyway). So four meals instead of two.

Have got thins on my shopping list!

Maintenance week 9 day 5

E: 5k run

B: porridge with chia seeds, cocoa powder and pear (did you know cocoa powder has more fibre per 100g than chia seeds!!!)

E: cycled to work

S: skinny cappuccino

L: chickpea and sweet potato curry and mini naan

E: cycled home

D: udon noodles with a veg and peanut sauce, marinated tofu and 2 x bao buns with pickled cabbage and carrot (my husband made this - it took him a loooong time!)

S: 2 x m&ms, protein choc ice

B: collagen coffee (and an extra coffee)

L: vegetable soup and sourdough with cheese, a clementine

Sn: a quarter of kids’ leftover pizza

D: chicken tikka, half a portion of rice and 1/4 garlic naan, small amount of salad

Lots of squash, two teas and a pint of lime and soda.

B: whole grain rye toast with cream cheese and smoked salmon (and all the black pepper!!)
L: leftover gochujang chicken, noodles, bok choi (an amount I probably would have binned in the past as it wouldn’t have been enough to save!!), an apple
S: apples, Lidl mini Twix dupes
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, glass of prosecco, 2 glasses white wine

Weird day of very little interest in food other than the chocolate🤦🏼‍♀️

D: chicken breast, leftover roast potatoes and carrots, broccoli, savoy cabbage and gravy.

Sn: an M&S gingerbread & white chocolate cookie - thank goodness these have now gone!

B: one collagen coffee, one normal coffee

L: slice of cheddar & jalapeño sourdough, some cucumber and olives, hummus and chicken breast, a peanut and chocolate protein bar

D: bacon & savoy cabbage pine nut pasta followed by a clementine

Will likely have a cuppa and a chocolate digestive this eve.
