B: Egg, spoon of hollandaise sauce, slice ham, half a breakfast muffin.
L: Chicken breast, spoon of hummus, apple, grapes.
D: king prawns and crispy kale, half a slice of bread. Finger of fudge.

Heineken 0, 3 pints of water, three cups of peppermint tea, and collagen powder.

On 7.5mg, now on week 41 - have lost 22kg.

B: 1Tbsp chia seeds, 100ml yoghurt, blueberries, raspberries, 2Tbsp protein granola, white coffee

Midmorning coffee

L: korean bibimbap rice bowl with veggies, beef, a fried egg and kimchi, miso soup. Could only finish half, DH polished off the rest.

D: sausage and broccoli pasta, one chocolate truffle and mint tea after dinner.

No snacks. No wine. Didn't miss them as I didn't even think to have them.

L: roast beef, half a roast potato, large Yorkshire pud, carrots and swede, cabbage, cauliflower cheese, gravy
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 2 glasses of wine with lunch, Diet Coke

L - cheese, mushrooms, peppers and onions on a roll. Handful of chips and a diet coke.

D - egg fried rice made with a mixture of brown rice and quinoa. Peppers, sweetcorn, garlic and soy sauce.

S - small glass of red wine, watermelon iced tea, four of DD's haribo sweets

S: pear, large handful of cashews
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, CBD drink, glass of white wine

Been a struggle today with lots of food chatter and spent a good hour researching ice cream makers!!! 😫

Starving today! In my defence, I had some medical treatment this morning that requires a full stomach and makes me super hungry (hence TWO breakfasts!)

B - slice of wholemeal toast with peanut butter and a banana, plum
L - chicken and veg soup
D - chicken and veg curry, few crackers in lieu of poppadoms, activia yogurt

Snack - 1 thorntons choc from mothers day which I'm still slowly working my way through! 2 rich tea fingers with cuppa before bed.

Was so full from my soup today - my DH put it out and gave me far more than I needed. I didn't actually want my dinner 8 hours later but felt like I should eat plus the curry needed eating and am now uncomfortably full from that! 12 weeks in and still struggling to get past my usual habit of eating whatever is on my plate - I will put out much smaller portions for myself now so it's usually fine but if someone gives me more than I need I do still struggle not to eat it all. Something to focus on I think!

1 slice of protein bread with butterpak light spread
1 apple
1 ufit protein shake white chocolate flavour
4 mugs of tea with skimmed milk
3 pints of water
2 slices of wafer thin ham
Chicken breast with rice and peas and a handful of high protein grated cheese.
80g of tenderstem broccoli

Around 1500kals

Down 35lbs so far

@Thisshirtisonfire that's an amazing loss in 10 weeks! I've lost 23lbs in the same time. On 5mg and planning on sticking with that dose for a while.

L: leftover Vietnamese chicken salad with some sauerkraut and pickled beetroot on the side. Rasps, strawbs, kiwi with oat yogurt.

S: handful of peanuts

D: protein shake with raspberries, mango, pineapple, papaya, kiwi, plum, milled flax, protein powder, soy milk. Square of dark choc.

DS has an exam tomorrow so the house is full of stress snacks including toblerone (impossible to resist) and family pack of salt and vinegar crinkle cut crisps (ditto). And tomorrow we are having Indian takeaway to celebrate getting it over with. Send help 😬

Week 2, Day 1 (jab day), 2.5mg dose 2.

Breakfast- Kind bar (running late!)

Lunch - Thin bagel, philidelphia, chicken slices and a packet of cheese puffs.

Dinner - Breaded cod, jacket potato and beans.

Snacks - Banana, clementines, skinny whip bar, fruit smoothie.

2l water, peppermint tea, 2x coffee.

Need to drink more!
