Pre-gym B: whole grain rye toast and cream cheese
Post-gym B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: Gorgonzola, crackers, sweet chilli beetroot
S: an apple
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 2 g&ts, 2 glasses of port
Busy couple of days and I keep forgetting to eat! 🤦🏼♀️ Dosage might need a tweak again!!
