B: slice of sourdough toast with peanut butter

L: more toast 😳 with jalapeño hummus, bit of leftover gammon and a fried egg. Square of dark choc.

D: casserole of lamb shoulder, cavolo nero and cannellini beans. Then a clementine, first of the season and absolutely delicious 🍊

Week 9, day 1, 2.5mg

B - Coffee with collagen protein
L - Sticky Honey, Ginger & Sesame Chicken with Rice
D - Chicken skewer with broccoli
S - Protein yorgurt
E - 10k steps which includes run

1.5l of water and 2 cups of coffee

B: slice of sourdough, some olives, scrambled eggs and watermelon and a collagen coffee

L: five multiseed crackers with cheese and beetroot kimchi, a clementine and a protein yogurt

D: chunky chilli with rice and guacamole, a few tortilla chips and some cheese

Lots of squash, two mugs of tea and a can of pepsi max.

E: yoga, Pilates, core conditioning, spin
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
L: smoked mackerel, cowboy caviar, an apple
S: an apple
Usual supplements, green tea, 3 litres of water, 2 glasses white wine

Yesterday - wk 75, day 2, 5mg (maint wk 25)
E: spin, yoga, Pilates
Pre-gym B: whole grain rye toast and cream cheese
Post-gym B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: Gorgonzola, crackers, sweet chilli beetroot
S: an apple
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 2 g&ts, 2 glasses of port

Busy couple of days and I keep forgetting to eat! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Dosage might need a tweak again!!

B: Wholemeal sourdough toast with peanut butter

L: leftover lamb casserole with cavolo nero and cannellini beans, a clementine

S: a few nuts

D: butter chicken, spoonful of brown rice, half a garlic flatbread. Bowl of haagen dazs dulce de leche ice cream, heavenly 🙂

S: some of DD’s spicy crispy things

D: a wrap with two fishfingers, lettuce, avocado, salsa, sriracha mayo. Protein yogurt with kiwi.

E: rest day (12,473 steps)
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon, whole grain rye toast
L: 3 sausages (cooking for DS and they smelt AMAZING!)
D: confit pork belly, roast potatoes, leeks in cream and mustard (actually crème fraiche as I picked up the wrong pot!), pureed sprouts with cream fraiche (meant to be there!), broccoli, peas, cauli cheese, gravy, a yorkie pud
S: honey roast cashews, 5 maltesers; an apple
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 2 glasses of red wine whilst putting up the 🎄, 2 g&ts whilst recapping the last series of Stranger Things before Thursday 😁😁😁

L: thins (yay!) with double Gloucester, followed by a clementine

D: chicken thighs, halloumi, Greek salad, coleslaw. Toying with the idea of a protein yogurt and a plum.

A day of stress eating 😬

B: slice of sourdough toast with peanut butter

L: cracker with cheese, coleslaw, Greek salad, kind protein bar. Protein yogurt with a kiwi and a plum

S: more crackers with cheese, 2x squares dark choc

D: salmon, new potatoes, roasted sprouts. Another protein yogurt. Need to stop eating now! If I’d had crisps / ice cream in the house I would have hoovered up another 1000 kcal today I reckon. Luckily it was cold enough to put me off going to the shop 🥶

B: one collagen coffee, one normal coffee, scrambled egg on wholemeal toast with two slices of bacon
Sn: a clementine and a slice of sourdough
D: three fish fingers, oven chips and sweetcorn
Sn: some tortilla chips, a chocolate digestive and a mini bag of haribo

Today sort of fell apart, about two portions of fruit and veg and too many carbs. Blush Back to normal tomorrow.
