Please can people post their dose and week with their posts if possible (like ops) as it is so helpful to see where you are in your journey. 🙏

Week 7 day 6 I think, 12 pounds down. First week of 5mg @Autumnleaves4 this was yesterday

B...a peach and an actimel drink

L...2 slices of turkey, a slice of cheese.

D...chilli and rice. Typical evening portions are a side plate size portion and just one layer not a mountain of food. I used to eat th same size portion as my 6 foot husband and I'm 5 foot!

3 teas, 1 coffee, at least 2 litres of water probably more

B - banana
L - Greek salad and breadsticks
D - stir fried vegetables with rice and soy sauce

No snacks, less water then usual but still over 2 litres, supplements, sparkling flavoured water and a can of Pepsi max

B: scrambled egg, asparagus, feta, smoked salmon
D: coconut and coriander salmon, long stem broc, green beans
S: half a bag of oyster and vinegar crisps 😂, handful of cashews
Usual supplements etc, 2 litres of water, green tea, 2 x CBD drinks

B - a latte

L - protein shake, strawberries and some sliced cheese

D - jerk chicken with lettuce, peppers, black beans and sweetcorn in a wrap. Can of pepsi max.

S: snack box of garlic and curry flavoured cashews, crisps and hummus, black olives, 2 Gouda and chorizo rollitos
Usual supplements, 2 litres of water, green tea, waaay too much prosecco

I’m going to try and post on here daily - feel a bit embarrassed because I seem to be eating more than everyone else!! Friday is my child taxi day so there’s a lot of cafe action!

B: half apple, raspberries, blueberries, full fat Greek yogurt, sprinkle of granola (not much at all), dash maple syrup

S: Large oat milk cappuccino

L: Starbucks five cheese toastie (349 cals) + sparkling water

D: Four small slices of homemade mixed veg pizza tblspn of sour cream dip

S: bottle of beer! 5 skittles

Gallons of black coffee, fizzy water and squash

B...1 Weetabix with raisins on top

L... jacket potato with tuna sweetcorn and cheese, probably had about half

D... quarter of a pizza (pre MJ would have been half!). 4 (yes 4) wedges. Few forks of Caesar salad. 6 minstrels.

3 teas, at least 2 litres of water.

T Homemade chickpea and sweet potato curry, small portion of basmati. 25g UPF-free crisps. Shop-bought lime pickle.

Water. 2x Pepsi Max.

Very low protein score today.

B...small bowl (ramekin sized) of Weetabix minis

L....2 slices of roast pork. Slice of cheese. 1 oatcake

D...this was amazing! Nandos fakeaway! Chicken in a salt and pepper marinade in half a pitta with salad, spicy rice. Spoon of hummus. Spoon of coleslaw. My evening meal on mj fits onto a side plate now

About to have 1-2 glasses of wine.

I’m on day 1 and have defo noticed a difference in my ability to pick the right kind of food.

Breakfast - 3 scrambled eggs with a little smidge of butter
Lunch: Protein shake
Early dinner: Roasted Salmon fillet, cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes and cucumber with a little bit of light mayonaise.

I’m focusing on filling myself with protein so I can learn new, healthy habits. Just on my 2nd litre of water now. If I’m hungry before bed, I’ll have a protein chocolate pud.

By the way, Lidl do a great range of high protein/low sugar/calorie things, shakes, puddings, bars etc and I stocked up yesterday.

Started Oct 26th, currently on wk 5 of 10mg.

Yesterday
Breakfast - 1 slice of oat and grain toast with marmite and hummus
Lunch - Butter bean puttenesca stew
Dinner - Vegetable fried rice with tofu and sriratcha
Snacks - alpro greek strawberry and raspberry protein yogurt, 1 chocolate biscuit
Drinks - 2 tea with oat milk, 2 coffee with oat milk, 1 ltr water, 2 glasses of pinot grigio

Around 1400 calories

Today
Breakfast - 1 slice of oat and grain toast with pure spread and jam
Lunch - Butter bean puttenesca stew
Dinner - Mashed potato, richmond meat free chicken, brocolli, sweetcorn, bisto onion gravy (looking forward to this)
Snacks - alpro peach and pear yogurt, air fried tofu
Drinks - 2 tea with oat milk, 2 coffee with oat milk, 1 clear vegan protein drink, 1ltr water

Around 1300 calories

Probably not enough protein overall (especially yesterday) but I am working on it.

L - chicken ceaser salad

D - shared a Chinese takeaway with friends for Eurovision. I focused on protein so had some duck pancakes with plenty of spring onion and cucumber and four chicken balls (no sauce). One gin and tonic.

Today:

B - a latte

L - cod in a protein wrap with lettuce and chilli sauce. Handful of chips.

D - five bean chilli and rice

S - two beers, mini pack of Haribo

Suppression seemed high today!

B...activia high fibre yogurt can't remember exact name but it's got cereals and fruit in it, really nice.

L...half a pot of covent garden soup and 2 slices of baguette.

S... tangerine

D...3 homemade meatballs (pre MJ would have been 6) probably about 8 peices of pasta. Side salad of rocket spinach cucumber with balsamic glaze

3 teas (will have another this evening). At least 2 litres of water. 1 glass of squash.
