Went out tonight so a lot more calories than usual!

B - banana
L - salad with 2 pieces of bacon
D - 1.5 dim sum dumplings followed by pad Thai (ate about 2/3)

No snacks but 3 cocktails (feeling quite tipsy!), Diet Coke, can of Pepsi max, loads of water and usual supplements

Week 49, day 3, 10mg, dose 16
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: curried chicken, lentil and spinach soup
S: strawberries and a nectarine, last spoonful of cowboy caviar as it was getting old!!
Usual supplements, green tea, clear whey, 2 glasses of prosecco, CBD drink, yogi tea (later)

Here's yesterday

B....scotch pancake

L....packet of quavers not very healthy I actually forgot to have lunch so this was at 3pm

D...out for dinner. Gammon, fried egg, mushroom. I swapped the chips for veg and probably ate around half of my meal.

S...bottle of Corona beer and a handful of Doritos

Pint of diet coke, 3 teas , my usual 2L+ of water.

W3D1 - managed some wotsits and a pinball with diet soda. Tried some Itsu noodles which were disgusting so left them. Hoping for better appetite suppression is better with the 5mg pen!

Can I ask a genuine question please . The meal plans listed mostly are, if on a diet what you would eat and lose weight on. If a person can eat healthily like that and lose weight as a result , why would they need the injections?

Because we can’t do it without the appetite suppression that the jab gives you.

And the lack of food noise in our heads. I just see food as fuel now not a treat, a comfort blanket, a reward etc and it's so freeing and quite frankly a life changing miracle!

Yes it is both like being released from the prison of your body as you lose weight ; and freedom from always thinking about food -often the wrong food- for large parts of the day.

Hosted a BBQ today and served a feast but barely touched it.

breakfast: scrambled eggs / coffee
lunch: 2 pita strips and about a spoonful of hummus

dinner: half a burger no cheese, green salad no dressing, sprinkle of feta, asparagus, 3 small potatoes. 2 bites of a lemon tart and fresh berries.
A couple of Pringles, a couple of olives,

Not enough to drink!!!!

L - Jason’s protein bread with chopped chicken, cucumber with a small amount of mayo and some Greek yoghurt
D - the leftover chicken and cucumber, with some tomatoes, feta, and a cucumber, mango and coriander salad (unable to finish!) a bit later Had the rest of the mango for dessert.
snack - handful of roasted pistachios

Week 10 day 3. 5mg and I'm 16 pounds down.

Suppression was super high and I think I only had around 600 calories!

B... activia yogurt with a sprinkle of granola 100cal

L....packet of sliced turkey 150cal

D...m and s count on us chicken chow mein ready meals 300cal

3 teas, 1 coffee, my usual 2L+ of water

Lunch- green salad, cherry tomatoes, 3 lightly boiled eggs, large portion of smoked salmon

Dinner- chicken breast cooked in frylight with cajun seasoning, carrots, broccoli, dollop of light mayo

Snacks- None, struggled to eat my meals and gave up 3/4 way through dinner in the end.

Water, water, water, half a cup of coffee, Ribena light

Pre-gym clear whey
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
L: Moroccan hummus and 3 mini cucumbers
D: chicken and ricotta meatballs in a tomato and basil sauce with cannellini beans and spinach
Usual supplants, 3 litres of water, green tea, CBD drink, yogi tea, elderflower and soda water
