week 1, day 5 (2.5)

today I ate...

banana
satsuma
mackerel salad starter, salmon and veg, glass of wine (was out for lunch)
chicken sandwich
finger of fudge

2 litres of water, peppermint tea, two laxatives...

No snacks, loads of water (over 4 litres), supplements, 2 cans of Pepsi max

W13 D4 5mg

B Porridge with apple, raspberries and banana.

L 1 slice of bread with cheese and salad. Wasn’t really hungry, but had a very physical morning and was feeling quite shaky and lightheaded.

D Fajitas with chicken and red peppers. Made 2 but only ate 1 (much to 19yo ds’s delight as he finished mine off!).

S Protein yoghurt and a couple of clementines.

Yesterday

Fasted all day as I was getting an Indian takeaway at my DBs. I shared mine with both DDs but had a bit of everything so I don't think anyone noticed I was eating much less than I usually do.

Half a poppadom, onion salad, a third of a naan, tarka daal, few spoonfuls of rice, one samosa and chicken tikka.

I'm paying for it this morning though with a bad stomach!

D Domino’s wrap and loaded veg (love the veg and just 160 calories).

D - oatcakes, chunk of brie, raspberries and a pepsi max.

D: homemade chicken curry with peppers and spinach, 2 plums

W2, D3, 2.5mg.
On nights so struggling with getting calories in.

Breakfast after shift - 60g of blueberry wheats.
On waking at 7pm- Thin cinnamon and raisin bagel with a small amount of butter.
Lunch - Yo Chicken Katsu dragon rolls, quavers, activia yogurt.

500mls of water so far (got a 2l bottle for overnight), 2x coffee.

D: 2 pieces roast basa with broccoli and lemon

S: Mixed nuts, 1 slice homemade apple cake, 1 homemade oat and raisin cookie, 5 prunes

1.5l water, 100ml kefir drink, Vit D and Vit B12

Been out for dinner tonight, didn’t go crazy but enjoyed my meal (and the drinks)!

B - banana
L - 2 rashers of bacon with lettuce, tomato and coleslaw
D - chicken thigh kebab with bulgar and salad (ate about 2/3)

About 3l of water, supplements, can of Pepsi max, Tequila sunrise, peach Bellini, and a B52 shot!

Could barely eat today after my meal out last night and all the drinks! Skipped breakfast, had a few crackers for lunch as was all I could manage and then a big chicken salad for dinner. Plus gallons of water, supplements and 2 cans of Pepsi max.

Breakfast - Thin cinnamon and raisin bagel with butter (after night shift).
Lunch - Schwarma (sp?) Chicken wrap with a yogurt dressing, quavers.
Dinner - Salmon fillet, baked potato and salad.

1.5l of water (not enough!), 2 coffees, 1 iced protein latte.
