Wk 73, day 2, 5mg (maintenance wk 23)
E: spin, Pilates, yoga
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, whole grain rye toast
L: butternut squash, pancetta and broccoli soup
S: chunk of cheddar, a tim tam
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, litre of electrolytes, g&ts

Week 30, day 2, 10mg, SW 19st 10, CW 15st 11, total loss so far 3stone 13pounds

Yesterday was day after jab day and I foolishly ate a doughnut and then had a poorly tummy all evening 🤦‍♀️

B- an apple
L- Soba noodle pot thing, with chicken added. Custard donut someone brought in for birthday
T- half a hotdog at firework display, stomach in bits so didn't finish. Bowl of cornflakes when back home

E - 12,000 steps

B: pre-spin - whole grain rye toast and cream cheese. post-spin - croissant and jam 😁
L: few spoonfuls of cowboy caviar whilst making a load for next week! An apple
D: gojuchang honey chicken mince, bok Choi and soba noodles
S: way too many honey roast cashews!
Usual supplements, green tea, 3 litres of water

Week 6, day 6, 5mg

B: protein granola, fat free greek yogurt and frozen fruit, two coffees, one containing collagen

L: vegetable sausage, sweetcorn fritter, mushrooms, kale, poached egg, a slice of wholemeal toast and baked beans

D: keralan chicken curry with basmati rice

Sn: will have a cuppa and chocolate digestive later

L: wholemeal sourdough toast, jalapeño hummus, cottage cheese, soft boiled eggs. Square of dark choc

S: couple of crackers with cottage cheese

D: sweet and sour prawns with egg fried rice. Protein yogurt with a kiwi and a plum

Swerved the remaining smoky bacon Pringles 🙅‍♀️

(Today) Maintenance wk 7 day 4 - 3.75mg

E: 30 min bodypump

S: smoothie with 0% Greek yogurt, hazelnut milk, 1/2 banana, frozen mango and pineapple - given up on the protein powder it’s so horrible!

E: cycled to work - 30 mins

B: Fast800 beetroot brownie, Greek yog, frozen pineapple

L: left over veggie chilli with mozzarella

E: cycled home - 30 mins

D: baked fajita rice and broccoli

S: mini Hagen daaz pot

Feel a bit embarrassed- I feel like I eat twice as much as anyone else on here!!

Your menu sounds much healthier and more sustainable long term than the ones that seem to eat like sparrows.

@Gingercar thank you! I am trying hard not to get into the habit of depriving myself because there’s no way I’ll sustain that once off the drugs :)

Today - maintenance wk 8 day 2 (3.75mg 9 days ago)

E: Bodypump

Brunch: Big slice Jason’s malted sourdough with butter, smoked salmon, 2 x fried eggs

S: Cappucino, about 2/3rds of a bit of coffee and walnut cake in a cafe - was surprised I couldn’t finish it

D: ‘viral’ one pan gyoza noodles ( 6 itsu prawn gyoza, tender stem broccoli, coconut milk, noodles and red Thai curry paste)

s: Apple, few bits of crystallised ginger, Lidl protein ice cream bar

Chicken and veg pasta bake (homemade, got it out of the freezer last night but didn't end up having it)
Mint mint malteser reindeer
Roast chicken, roast potatoes, carrots, Yorkshire pudding, gravy
Cotton candy grapes

2litres water, 1 can cherry coke zero

D: beef brisket, roast potatoes, roast carrots, cauliflower cheese, savoy cabbage, red cabbage and gravy

Lots of squash, two teas and a can of pepsi max

Apple for afternoon snack

Homemade chicken stir fry
Teaspoon of nutella, treatsize crunchie, treatsize fudge

Exercise- walked 9,700 steps 🚶‍♂️

B: Protein yogurt, a banana, two coffees, one containing dose of collagen

L: M&S spiced sweet potato and cauliflower soup and sourdough ham open sandwich

D: salmon fillet, rice, edamame beans and mangetout

One can of pepsi max, lots of squash and three mugs of tea. Will likely have some form of biscuit or chocolate later on.

Week 25.

B- banana. Semi skim flat white.(was running late, usually eat more)
L- salad with feta cubes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and pine nuts. Balsamic vinegar as dressing.
s- handful of grapes and walnuts
D- small portion of whole meal pasta with toms, onions, leeks, mushrooms, courgettes and a bit of grated cheddar.
S - grapes and sunflower/pumpkin seeds in Greek yogurt

Brunch- 2 egg cheese and mushroom omelette

Tea - 2 peices of kfc chicken, gravy, small chips, caramel milkshake thing (been fancying kfc for a week now)

Snacks - bag of beef hula hoops, apple, cornetto

Drinks - pepsi max, lemon water

Exercise- 8,500 steps and 50minute swim 🏊‍♂️

L: M&S chicken and sweetcorn sandwich, lentil crisps and some watermelon

D: cottage pie, tiny bit of cauliflower cheese, petit pois & gravy

Sn: two chocolate digestives and a cuppa

Lots of water/squash, can of pepsi max & two mugs of tea.

Today I've been fancying sweet stuff 🤦‍♀️ allowed myself it, within calories

B - an apple, peanut protein trek bar

L- stilton and broccoli soup, petit pain

Snack - peppermint bark cookie from m and s (was lovely. Ate one and left rest for colleagues. I know what im like and if I brought them home I'd eat them)

T - leftover chicken stir fry

Cup of tea, 3x shortbread biscuits

Exercise wise done 10,000 steps. Got off bus a mile from home and walked rest of way listening to tunes. Helped me shake off work!
