B - toast and salmon pate, peppermint tea
L - had to get a meal deal so went for chicken wrap and carrot/hummus pot
S - apple and orange
D - went out for food. Couple of bits of calamari, chicken breast with sauce - couldn't finish, regretted choices.

Have felt better

Yesterday I had

Breakfast - Porridge made with water and semi skimmed milk.

lunch - roast chicken, roast parsnips, swede and potato mash, broccoli and gravy.

dinner - the same as lunch but a smaller portion.

snack - 2 bourbon biscuits, 10 almonds, an apple and water melon.

Im on 1450 calories a day.

Missed updating a few days so I'll start again today:

B 100g Greek yoghurt, blueberries, raspberries, prunes, flakes almonds, cranberries and 40g of rolled oats
L half of a Huel meal replacement because I wasn't hungry.
D 70g of wholemeal pasta with dried tomatoes tuna and olive oil with parmesan shavings. The other half of the Huel shake

3 coffees full fat milk, 2.5 litres water one peppermint tea.
Snacks: square of 70% dark chocolate

D - beef stew, dumpling, cabbage and mash. Managed about half.
Think I might not be moving up doses for my next one, I’ve had not enough of an appetite on 7.5 and not eating much at all.

L- cheese on sourdough toast, full fat Greek yoghurt, blueberries, almonds, drizzle of honey.

D- salmon, roasted Mediterranean veg, carrots, New potatoes

Couple of cups of tea throughout the day. Sugar free squash. No snacks today. Just gone up to 5 and I think I'm back to the suppression of the first couple of weeks of 2.5.

Definitely feel that I ate too much this afternoon šŸ™

brunch - 2 chipolatas, 2 slices streaky bacon, baked beans, grilled tomatoes scrambled egg, mushrooms and half a slice of toasted sourdough.
D - 2 sourdough crumpets with butter and sugar free jam

snack - melon, pineapple and half a snickers bar
