B - small/medium bowl of porridge
L - chicken breast, cauliflower, carrots, sprouts, peas and gravy.
D - half a bowl of veg soup, mango and passion fruit kefir yoghurt

Snacks - a few pringles (about 5), a handful of blueberries and 2 truffle chocolates. Low cal hot chocolate.

About 1300 calories at a guess.

B - just coffee

L - slimming world carbonara half portion and salad leaves

D - everyone’s having takeaway pizza and the smell of the cheesy garlic bread is tempting me for the first time in ages. But I will resist!
going to have a roast beef bagel thin with pickles and mustard with a corn on the cob

L- Protein shake (only managed half), 1 flat white.
D - flatbread with chicken, peppers, red onion, courgette and cheese.
S- 30g ginger trailmix (obsessed)

L - small portion lamb shoulder slow cooker curry, apple, raspberries
D - one sausage, small scoop mash, broccoli, Cauli, asparagus, peas

Fast day today, good job after the weekend!

D - one small chipolata, mashed cauliflower and potato, carrots and savoy cabbage with a small dollop of gravy.

2 litres water, 2 coffees.

B - overnight oats made with frozen blueberries
D - crustless quiche made with cottage cheese, veg and eggs, cherry toms
snack - 2 rice cakes, handful of cherries and grapes

L - homemade veg soup, handful of blueberries and a yoghurt
D - chicken breast, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts (only 2 because they're the devil's food), peas, carrot and gravy.

Snacks - 2 chocolates
Hungry today but trying not to eat more. Aiming for around 1200 calories as much as possible.

No snacks
Not enough water (probably 1 litre). Need to drink more when I get home!

And I’m back!! On holiday at the moment so completely out of routine!

Yesterday (Tuesday)
B: scrambled egg and tomato, 2 slices of toast
D: the biggest prawn I have ever seen, squid, rice (eaten on the beach!!!)
2 litres of water, 2 small beers, 2 cocktails, green tea
Vitamins, psyllium

Week 31, day 7, 7.5mg, dose 7
B: 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of toast, fruit, orange juice
D: garlic king prawns, veg, smallest potato ever!
Vitamins etc, tea, green tea, 4 small beers, 3 litres of water, 2 fresh coconuts (top sliced off with a straw shoved in! My new addiction!!)0

L - disaster lunch as burnt my food and had no time to remake so I ended up with a piece of toast with butter and a slimfast shake.
D - tomato soup, satsuma, kefir yoghurt

L - bread roll. Ordered soup but it was disgusting so left it.
D - salmon with a spoon of mash and dill sauce

B - coffee. So boring to type that every day but I just never get hungry till midday.
L - protein shake. Ditto, but so conveninent to just shove in bag and go.
D - sundried tomato quiche, sourdough bread, bit of butter, salad made from chopped tomato, cucumber and olives.
S - dried orange trail mix.

Drinks - tea, squash.
