Can I join?

B - Banana, pear and 2 coffees with ff milk.
L (late) 2 seeded ryvita with philli, chicken breast and cranberry sauce, coffee ff milk
D Roasted a whole chicken and had half a leg with some crispy skin and some breast meat, coleslaw, cherry tomatoes and 5 mini potatoes.

No snacks today and 2.5 litres of water.

B = 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice of toast with butter
L = homemade lentil and root vegetable soup with a grilled chicken breast in it.

D = home made prawn and vegetable fried rice.

A few cups of tea throughout the day, water, one glass of red wine.

Snacks - a few quality streets. 40 calorie salted caramel hot chocolate

Drank my body weight in Pinot Grigio as out for a friends 40th but also drank a lot of water

Breakfast- half a crumpet ( didn’t want anything but needed to eat something to have with meds)
lunch- one small bread roll with ham and half a slice of low fat cheese, packet of hula hoops
tea- small portion of beef stew
snacks- 2 finger Kit Kat and another packet of hula hoops
I reckon about 1100 cals. I’m supposed to be maintaining but had a bit more at the weekend

Breakfast - nothing
Lunch - Yo sushi tray (medium), apple
Dinner - lamb steak, roasted asparagus
Drinks - lots of peppermint tea and a couple of dash waters.

Today:
Breakfast: smoked salmon pate on a slice of toast, peppermint tea
Snack: apple
Dinner: sausage (1) small portion mash, cauliflower, carrots, peas
Drinks: dash and peppermint tea
