B Toast and marmalade, banana, raspberries

L Milky coffee at a friends house

D Made chicken pasta, but only managed a couple of mouthfuls as just didn’t fancy it at all. Had some toast about an hour later!

S Protein yogurt and an apple

B - black coffee

L - oatcakes, chunk of brie, raspberries and a cup of tea

D - chicken, cubed potatoes, broccoli, spoonful of coleslaw

S - half a pint of lager, two gin and slimline tonics as met friends at the pub.

Roughly 1600 calories.

D - 2 bbq chicken drumsticks, salad, couscous, mayo.

Drinks - 2 litres water, lemon Fanta. Tea, 2 coffee.

I keep think the effects are wearing off then have a day like today where I havent thought about food at all.

Did my jab last night and didn’t have much of an appetite today, had to force myself to eat:

B - banana
D - salmon, rice and veg, left most of the rice
No snacks, 4l of water, supplements, glass of fizzy flavoured water, can of Pepsi max

Nothing, absolutely nothing. Well, 4 espressos and loads of water.

Does anyone else get these days when they get to about 6pm and realise they've forgotten to eat and go 'oh I'll just eat tomorrow'?

I do have days of 2 meals a day, but 3 is a struggle these days. One meal a day is not unusual, just forget/ have no hunger and then it's suddenly mid-afternoon.

@LindtCurves I don’t because I am always ready for my breakfast 😁 I may not eat it till 11.30 or so like today but it is SO delicious that I look forward to it!

I generally only eat two meals a day and the second one is because I should not because I want it! I am pretty active these days and know it is not good for me to exist on 300 calories a day. I tend to find that I really enjoy a later afternoon/early evening meal even if I’m not hungry for it.

Yes I felt like that early on, loved the delicious fruit with yoghurt and honey, or chicken salads, steak, or other nice foods. Sourdough with egg and lots of different veg was a treat. Now I've largely lost interest in all food, no matter how lovely.

The other day someone bought me the most gorgeous piece of cake, had a few bites, which were nice enough, and they had to finish the rest as I just couldn't. I hadn't eaten that day.

I do have some days where I want food and look forward to a meal but it's rare.

Maybe I need to take a leaf out of your book and be more active. But just... no interest in food, it's a real chore. Sometimes I choose calorific foods to get to 1,000 calories a day.

I’ve stuck to 2 meals a day throughout.
Lunch and dinner.
L - bacon baguette and an apple
D - will be steak and broccoli, maybe a couple of sautƩed potatoes but i had quite a carby lunch so will depend on whether or not I feel hungry come dinner time.
