L: Cheese, tomato and pickle sandwich with a few crisps

D: BBQ- had 1 burger, 1 spiced chicken drumstick and loads of salad

Snacks: 2 x chocolate biscuits, 1 x crumpet

Drinks: Coffee, water with electrolytes, squash, home made iced coffee and 1 glass of rose

L - four oatcakes, chunk of stilton, raspberries

D - half a mexican bean burger in a bun, asparagus

S - pint of lager, half an ice cream

Today:

B - latte and half a protein yoghurt

L - one slice of toast spread with goats cheese and chilli jam, walnuts and rocket

D - pumpkin and sage gnocchi with asparagus

S - one glass of red wine

D: pan fried sea bass fillet with tahini roasted veg (overdid the garlic in the tahini dressing and am now scaring off all comers!!šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø)
S: 5 squares of Thorntons caramel shortbread
Usual supplements, 3 litres of water, green tea, CBD drink, lime and soda

Yes much better thank you @IReallyNeedThisToWork I’m staying in a premier inn as it was too chaotic at home and I just needed peace, hence the cooked breakfast and Tesco meal deal for dinner šŸ˜„. Have slept much better here.

Spoke too soon about feeling better. Collapsed last night with complications and spent the night in hospital. Home now but going downhill so might be back there tomorrow šŸ˜ž.

At least managed some decent food today though as had my sister looking after me:

B - mango and pineapple
L - coronation chicken sandwich
D - pork in apple sauce with potatoes and broccoli

litres and litres of water (low blood pressure) and lots of medication!

Thank you for all the well wishes. Bit better today, back to hospital in the morning. Food wise everything went a bit haywire today. Can’t be helped though, will get back on track when I’m better.
