Yesterday W9 D2 5mg

B scrambled eggs and tomatoes on wholemeal toast.

L 3 Ryvita with salmon Philadelphia, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.

D 1 1/2 low fat sausages, mash, carrots, broccoli and a bit of gravy.

S Banana, grapes, protein yogurt.

D: lamb wrap (mini)

S: bounty bar

coffee, water, electrolytes, ginger tea, 1/a green smoothie

B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: peppered hot smoked salmon fillet, mixed salad, Waitrose edamame and bean salad, strawberries and raspberries
S: handful of cashews and random cherry tomato!
Usual supplements, green tea, 3 litres of water, CBD drink, 0% g&t

L - rocket and balsamic salad with parmesan, tomatoes and red peppers

D - cheese, pesto and chorizo toastie, a glass of fruit juice

L - hot cross bun! (No butter though)
D - 4 nduja meatballs with a tomato, spinach and mushroom sauce, some wholewheat pasta and a small slice garlic bread

Been absolutely starving today, annoyingly!

B Bacon medallions, poached egg, tomatoes and wholemeal toast.

L Bagel with cheese, beetroot and salad.

D Tuna pasta with cucumber and peppers.

S Protein yogurt, banana, 2 clementines, bag of French fries.

Gone over my calories for the first time since starting this, and still feel like I could eat the entire contents of the fridge 😩

B 2 slices wholemeal toast with jam. Banana and some raspberries.

L 3 Ryvita with Philadelphia and cucumber.

D Gammon, mash, peas, mini corn on the cob.

S Protein yoghurt, bag of Popworks (tastes like sweet and salty popcorn).

Had surgery today so fasted until the op and couldn’t eat until after it was done at 4pm.

L - 3 custard creams (given to me at hospital)
D - leftover chicken breast, new potatoes and broccoli
S - mini bag of pretzels, handful of popcorn

Plenty of water (though prob less than usual), 2 cans Pepsi max

It was my first proper day on Mounjaro today. Here is what I had and you can tell me what you think!

Breakfast: an orange and a banana

Lunch: a big portion of overnight oats made with fat free Greek yogurt, nuts, chia seeds and fruit.

Dinner: Gym Kitchen protein yogurt

Snack: Special K cereal bar

I probably haven’t eaten enough but I’m so tired in the evening that I can’t stay awake.

D: courgette risotto, chili & garlic prawns, spinach; protein yoghurt, strawberries

D - fish and chips from the chip shop. Managed about a 3rd of a small portion
S - mini bag of pretzels

Plenty of water, supplements, can of Pepsi max, bottle of flavoured spring water.

Probably the most unhealthy day I’ve had so far, but I am recovering from surgery so can’t cook and haven’t had MJ for 2 weeks as had to stop for the surgery.

L - McDonalds. I had a fillet of fish (with a diet coke but no chips) and six chicken nuggets to keep the meal under 600 calories.

D - ham, mushroom and tomato flatbread, a glass of fruit juice and two gin and tonics.

Not the healthiest day at all but roughly 1500 calories.

D: chicken stir fry
S: handful of cashews, strawberries
