Brunch: bacon sandwich and a few squares of green and blacks chocolate. pomegranate seeds.
Dinner: roast beef and all the trimmings (but a very small amount as I was still full from lunch šŸ˜‚)

B Bacon medallions, dry fried egg and tomatoes on wholemeal toast.

L Banana.

D Tortilla pocket with 5% mince, fajita seasoning, tomatoes, onions snd peppers and a side salad.

S Protein yoghurt.

L - half a chicken fillet stuffed with herby garlic goats cheese (leftover from Saturday cos I could only manage half) with avocado salad.
D - Greek style roast chicken, yoghurt dip, cabbage cooked with tomatoes, garlic and feta, flatbreads (not for me), wedges (may have a couple). There is another veg but I don’t know what it is, dh is cooking and it’s nearly ready and I’m feeling peckish now…

B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
L/S: handful of cashews, 2 satsumas
D: peppered hot smoked salmon fillet, mixed salad, Waitrose edamame and bean salad, 3 strawberries
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, CBD drink

L...2 heck spring chicken sausages in the air fryer. 3 scrambled eggs. Tea. Water.

D. Chicken fajitas I just had one wrap. Filling was chicken onions peppers mushrooms and guacamole and bit of sour cream. Water.

Thanks @Fatmumslim01 - I don’t do any of the cooking, I hate it and am crap at it but I’m chief taster and usually biggest fan at the dinner table šŸ˜‚ I do love food! And shifting the lbs has come pretty easily for me on MJ because I stay well out of the kitchen for the most part.

Felt really ropey today…
fasted until 7pm
D - picked at a chicken breast, ate about half with some salad.
Hopefully I’ll feel better tomorrow

Is the ropeyness to do with Mounjaro, or do you mean that you feel yuk in general?

It was my own fault, I had a really late dinner on Friday, went to bed, then spent literally all weekend dealing with indigestion and nausea which carried through to yesterday and a dose of having to be near a loo! I have definitely learnt a lesson there - I’m bright and breezy again today!

Week 4 - 2.5mg

B - a latte with skimmed milk

L - protein shake

D - protein wrap filled with avocado, chilli, scrambled egg and some parmesan. A glass of apple juice.

Bit of a strange day today. Despite waking up really hungry it had passed by mid morning and I had meetings over lunchtime so just ended up having a protein shake to get some calories into me. I still wasn't hungry by dinner but knew I needed to eat so went with something quick but reasonably nutritious.

People really are eating very little! I struggle.to see how people are getting their 5 a day, and enough protein etc. The below is 1245 calories and I should be eating 1500, but on target with protein, 5 a day

Breakfast: Crunchy nut cornflakes with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: Homemade carrot and ginger soup
Dinner: Chicken Nasi Goreng (with lots of baby corn and mushrooms, plus an egg thrown in)
Snacks: 25g pistachios, grapes, toasted cinnamon and raisin bagel

D: spinach and ricotta cannelloni
S: 2 shortbread dingers

@PurpleCoo. I definitely ate too little yesterday, but I've chosen not to worry about it as my suppression wanes over the week so some days I eat less and others I eat a lot more. As long as I'm not losing weight too quickly and I have a reasonable balance over the course of the week then that feels ok for me.

If I can't face a meal, I have a protein shake instead and I try to make my meals nutritious and limit UPFs (although the protein shakes are a concession because I think that's more important at the moment). I've got an awful lot of fat to lose so no fear of me wasting away.
