Here's today. Just done my 2nd jab of 2.5mg this afternoon.

B... Banana, slice of chicken, 2 slices of ham.

S...coffee and a biscuit

L.... leftover chicken teriyaki noodles.

D...1 fishcake, mash and veg. All fitted into a side plate so a small portion

Later on I'll be having some crisps and dips and maybe a beer

D - just about to have a chorizo and feta omelette, dh and ds wanted a takeaway but I didn’t fancy any of their choices so making myself something.

L/S: handful of cashews, strawberries
D: butter chicken, rice, homemade yoghurt naan
Usual supplements, green tea, 3 litres of water, CBD drink, 2 glasses white wine

Week 4 - 2.5mg

Yesterday

B - protein shake

L - roast pork, quinoa, cucumber and tomato salad. A can of Pepsi Max.

D - teriyaki chicken salad with lettuce, onions, peppers, olives and sweetcorn. Four slimline gin and tonics as was out for an evening with family. The most I've drunk on MJ so far and paying for it this morning!

snacks ( jab tomorrow so hungrier!) - 3 squares of dairy milk, handful tortilla chips.

my late dinner on Friday caused me problems all day yesterday, first time I’ve experienced that, gaviscon was my best friend and I’ve learnt a valuable lesson about eating late!

B Porridge with blueberries, raspberries and banana.

L 3 Ryvita with Philadelphia salmon and cucumber.

D KFC rice bowl (DS treated me for Mothers Day!). Really nice but only managed about half of it.

S Protein yoghurt and a couple of clementines.

L: roast beef etc, shared a sticky toffee pudding and ice cream

Week 4 - 2.5mg

B - black coffee

L - out for a pub lunch. Roast lamb with all the trimmings and a glass of red wine.

D - too full to eat so have had a milky coffee and my supplements.

B...activia yoghurt and a banana

L....out for a 3 course lunch for mother's day! Only had a few bites of each course but I really enjoyed it and appreciated all the flavours andnit felt so weird not to feel I had to finish it all.

D... nothing as too full!

S - one Mother’s Day ferrerro rocher (I would usually have eaten lots in one day), white coffee, salted almonds
D - salad leaves, poached salmon, seeds, beetroot, green olives
