Yesterday
B - 2 weetabix
late lunch - fillet steak, salad and balsamic roasted baby new potatoes
D - 2 crackers with laughing cow light cheese, dill gherkins, pickled onions and cherry tomatoes

snack - 2 digestive biscuits

today
fasted until 7pm
D - bolognaise bake (with orzo pasta)

3 litres water, 2 black coffees

D: chicken stir fry

B - black coffee and my supplements

L - cheese on toast, raspberries and a cup of tea

D - butternut squash and quinoa salad, pecans and pumpkin seeds

S - a latte with skimmed milk

B sausage cob, but only ate about a third of it.

L nothing. I was busy and completely forgot about it.

D lasagne, salad and coleslaw. Not really hungry, but it’s smelling nice, so hopefully can manage a bit more than I did at breakfast!

S a protein yoghurt and a banana for later.

B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: chicken and ricotta meatballs in tomato and basil sauce with a load of spinach, raspberries
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, CBD drink, lime and soda (Belvoir cordial - bloody lovely!) and will probs have a 0% g&t later

D - ham, mushroom and cheese omelette with some sliced avocado, peppers and cucumber on the side.

the hens have gone into overdrive this week and we have eggs coming out of our ears all of a sudden!! I was home alone this evening so it was a speedy dinner for me.

D - lighter option beefburger and a diet lemonade at the pub

S - none. Black coffee, water, one cup of tea

I've gone a bit off-routine today. Jab day was yesterday and I had a headache this morning so didn't eat. Need to get my calories up now but I have zero appetite. Might go for some cheese, nuts and apple later.

No breakfast
L: Fish sushi
D: Garlic prawns and stir fry veg
Snack: 3 x Nairns raisin biscuits.

B Wholemeal toast with 2 bacon medallions, poached egg and tomatoes.

L 3 Ryvita sesame with Philadelphia with salmon (if you’ve not tried this, it’s absolutely gorgeous!) and cucumber.

D Roast beef, boiled potatoes, broccoli, carrots, gravy. Ate about half.

this is great inspiration as I’m struggling to know what to have, only day 2

D - Cook Keralan chicken curry
S - digestive biscuit

I had the snacks because I felt a bit funny, like dizzy, sort of hunger experience but without the real hunger?
