B - banana
L - bacon salad
D - (out with friends to Turkish restaurant) lamb shish, couple of spoonfuls of rice, salad and small piece of bread with hummus

Lots of water, a tequila sunrise and a rum and Diet Coke.

L - avocado maki, wasabi, soy sauce, pickled ginger

D - falafel, air fried potato, courgette and yellow pepper

S - half a pot of protein yoghurt, two bites of DD2's donut

Drinks: black coffee, water, cup of tea, prune juice, one glass of red wine

First 24 hours on mounjaro and not sure if I like the absolutely stuffed feeling!

B... sultana bran flakes

L... scrambled egg (3 eggs) on one slice brown toast

D... Chinese takeaway. Chicken black bean boiled rice. Literally 5 spoons I'm stuffed!

@Fatmumslim01that’s kind of what it does! Although it will lessen during the week and then as time goes on but may come back when you increase doses. It is (partly) why I avoid carbs!

L... McDonald's grilled chicken wrap but only ate 2/3rds of it. 2 chicken nuggets

D.... quarter of a pizza (would normally have half).

Can't believe that's all I've eaten today and im not hungry!

Back eating normally today after a couple of dodgy low cal days where I was feeling off.

B: Greek yog, berries, sugar free granola
L: 2 slices cheddar, 2 slices ham, large apple, 3 Nairns oatcakes, handful almonds.
D: Breaded haddock, mixed veg, banana.
Snack: raisins, 2 x ginger oatcakes

Anyone else noticed how 'treat' food doesn't feel like a treat any more?

Terrible day today, been dealing with a really stressful family situation and just couldn’t face cooking or eating proper meals:

L - 5 whole grain crackers with low fat cream cheese
D - 2 slices of toast with butter and marmalade

Will try to get back on track tomorrow.

Gosh, you’re all so good and healthy! Even the less healthy ones are still a million miles better than what I’ve been eating until now (have just ordered for the first time!).

Yesterday:

B Warburtons protein bagel with 2 bacon medallions, mushrooms and a poached egg.

L Banana and a protein yoghurt.

D Homemade cheeseburger in a wholemeal roll with a side salad.

S A couple of clementines and a few grapes.

So far today, I’ve had a bowl of porridge with blueberries, raspberries and banana. Making burritos for dinner tonight I think.

L.... salmon and potato salad (m and s ) cereal bar, tangerine.

No snack after work which is unheard of!

D... chicken stir-fry and noodles, probably 2/3 of my pre MJ portion size and in satisfied.

Probably a cup of tea later with TV. Normally I'd have crisps or chocolate with my tea and TV so I'll be interested to see if I crave it or not

So, I did my 4th dose of 5mg today after breakfast and, after having next to no suppression for the last 3 weeks, I’ve found it’s kicked in and I have very little appetite at all, so burritos for dinner went out the window! Made pasta for my son and I had half a cheese toastie before I got full and gave it to the dog!
