Greek yogurt with strawberries and almonds

Slice of sourdough with marmite

Small sandwich (1 slice bread) with cheddar and guacamole
Handful of crisps

Homemade chicken and vegetable risotto

Will probably have a couple of squares of dark chocolate in a bit.

L - mango and lime chicken chunks with roast vegetables
D - chicken and vegetable Dahl with pilau rice, broccoli and mango chutney

No snacks, about 4 litres of water, glass of fizzy flavoured water and a can of Pepsi max. Oh and a couple of halls soothers as I have a sore throat!

L: Turkish goats cheese, cucumber, tomato, bread, crisps
D: sea bass fillet, rocket, tomato, bread
Usual supplements, green tea, tea, 2 litres of water, 2 beers, 4 glasses of rose😬

A clementine

Chickpea and halloumi stew with brown rice

Lots of water

I've been feeling very sick today - I think it's a tummy bug rather than MJ, given that it peaked before I took the jab earlier. Hopefully I'll feel less yucky tomorrow.

D - tuna and veg pasta bake (from the pinch of nom light cook book, it was delicious)

today
B - overnight oats with nuts and berries
D - mixed salad, feta cheese, pickled beetroot and cabbage.

Struggled eating today (Week 8, Day 5 - 5mg dose - 3.87mg estimate in system)

Breakfast: coffee with oat milk and 0 cal vanilla syrup
Lunch: nothing
Dinner: pan-fried tuna steak with 2 corn on the cobs

All day: 1.5L of Vimto sugar free with soda

Terribly low calories but had a heavier sedentary day yesterday (gastric emptying must be very slow).

D: stuffed calamari, salad, couple of chips

Week 1

B - black coffee and my supplements

L - a latte and then a glass of prune juice as was feeling bunged up and couldn't face eating

D - chicken kyiv, tenderstem broccoli and a rocket and parmesan salad

S - a protein shake as I hadn't eaten lunch

Water but not enough exercise today as I've been feeling delicate. I'm aiming for a quiet evening and an early night and hopefully will feel better tomorrow.

Slice of wholemeal sourdough with baked beans

Pasta and tomato sauce with grated cheese and some roasted cauliflower

Lots of water

V high suppression today so I've picked at all of it.
