Yesterday - Week 37, day 7, 10mg dose 4
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
L: raspberries
D: coconut and coriander salmon, quinoa, long stem broc
S: handful of cashews
Usual supplements etc

Today - week 38, day 1, 10 mg dose 5
B: 2 sausages, fried egg, baked beans
D: cream cheese and garlic stuffed chicken, long stem broc
Usual supplements etc, green tea, 2 litres of water, CBD drink, 0% g&t

Yesterday

B - Porridge made Scottish style, half milk half water, served with just the right amount of cold milk.

L - homemade Prawn and vegetable fried rice with a chopped salad.

S - one square of 78% dark chocolate
a nectarine
a mandarin

D - homemade chilli con carne, avacado chunks, chopped salad.

Delicious!

Week 38, day 2, 10mg dose 5
B: 2 easy peeler oranges (going out for early lunch so didn’t want to ruin what appetite I actually do have!)
L: cod, spider crab and caper butter, pumpkin and tomato salad, long stem broc, mash, black treacle sticky toffee pudding and honeycomb ice cream (still too full to go to bed 8 hours later!)
Usual supplements etc, green tea, 2 litres of water, lime and soda, 2 glasses white wine

D - slow cooked chicken and vegetable Dahl with small amount of pilau rice, tenderstem broccoli and mango chutney

No snacks, several litres of water, supplements and will treat myself to a can of Pepsi max in a little while!

B - black coffee and my supplements
L - asparagus wrapped in parma ham with burrata. Grapes and a small handful of crisps.
D - vegetable and tofu gyoza, two vegetable spring rolls and two bao buns.
S - chunk of brie on oatcakes. Two slimline G&Ts.

and I’m regretting my decisions…
B: boiled egg, 2 small Turkish sausages, goats cheese, bread
L: chicken casserole, rice, salad, rocket, bread
Usual supplements, green tea, 1.5 litres of water, too much rose!!!
On the sofa feeling totally crap!

4 coffees with milk

Slice of sourdough with marmite
Half a pear

Scrambled egg on sourdough
A few strawberries

Roast chicken, new potatoes, carrots, cabbage, green beans and gravy

Lots of water!

Week 19 I think, first dose of 10mg and full of cold and period and tummy bug.
L - grapes and apple, babybel.
D - roast beef and trimmings in a bit.
Feel so grotty, have drunk enough water, not eaten enough food but no appetite - blaming the cold/dodgy tummy as usually I have an appetite even if my capacity to eat as much as I used to has reduced 😭
