I don't know whether it's the fact I've had tuna, pasta or mayo for the first time since starting the injections, or if it's the different soluble electrolytes but one of them has really really upset my stomach šŸ˜–

D: steak, leeks with cream and mustard, crushed new potatoes
S: easy peeler orange, handful of cashews
Usual supplements etc, green tea, 2 litres of water, CBD drink, 3 glasses of prosecco

D: toasted seeded cob, avocado and fried egg - I am kicking the arse out of this right now because it's so easy and quick. Added some babyleaf salad and fried tomatoes

D - salmon and avocado sushi, green salad. Small handful of mixed nuts

today
B - fruit
L - more sushi and salad!
D - 2 chipolatas, 2 slices streaky bacon, one egg scrambled, 2 grilled tomatoes, mushrooms.

D - meal out with friends, went a bit off the rails and had bread and hummus followed by king prawns in a creamy sauce with bulgar

2 cocktails, a shot and lots of water!

Not sure what happened tonight, seemed to have my old appetite back both for food and booze šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

Following as debating starting mounjaro and want to know how different my diet will look

Current typical daily meals

B...2 Weetabix and a banana

L.... soup with cheese and crackers, scramble egg on toast, ready bought sandwich

D... typical family meals. We often get hello fresh. So noodles, curry and rice, pasta etc.

However...I usually also eat a pack of sweets or chocolate a day (those sachets of chocolate like minstrels etc that cost around £1.50). Plus probably 1-2 packs of crisps a day. Plus there's often cakes and biscuits laid on at work.

L - half a goats cheese stuffed mushroom (leftover from last nights dinner)
D - homemade pizzas, will possibly eat half.

will maybe have an orange in a bit.

@Fatmumslim01 my evening meals haven’t changed I just serve myself way less than before. Last night I had 2 strips of steak, half the mushroom (the big ones!) and veg. Didn’t have the potatoes or bread, they fill me up but don’t really add any nutritional value.
I only eat 2 meals a day and rarely a snack, when I snack it’s usually towards the end of the week when I’m due my next dose. Otherwise I just don’t feel hungry. And I keep carbs for just one of those meals a day.

D - pork steak with apple sauce, a few new potatoes and broccoli

No snacks, lots of water, fizzy flavoured water and a can of Pepsi max. Have also started taking marine collagen, calcium and vitamin D supplements.

I want to put this down for my own reference as it's been a weird day, suppression is high on 5mg for me.

B: nowt
L: one poached egg (70 cals), a small spicy Turkish sausage (50 cals?) (that repeated on me terribly) and a few bites of banana cake (100 cals?). Two skinny cappuccino. (150 cals?)
D: two bites waitrose chicken parmigiana (100 cals?), two mouthfuls of salad, (50)about four forkfuls of paella (100?) and 3 small Waitrose stuffed mushrooms (150)
half a mini tub of strawberry haagen daz (100)
half a pack of teriyaki rice crackers (200)

Not terribly healthy and completely guesstimating on calories!

D - some left over salmon with pickled white cabbage.

S: tasted some lemon curd I was making which set off some weird cravings and I ate chocolate buttons, ham and cheese very quickly before the weird feeling passed

D: coronation chicken and cauliflower salad, small slice of lemon curd pavlova which was heavenly
