L: Pitta bread pizza with veggies

D: Chicken roast dinner (couldn't finish it), few mouthfuls of Victoria sponge

Snacks: salt and vinegar hula hoops

Drinks: water, coffee, squash

B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: chicken curry with peppers, spinach and broccoli
S: cashews
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 2 CBD drinks

L: slice of sourdough toast topped with cheese and marmite, 2 sticks of celery a few blueberries and a small handful of mixed nuts
D: Half of yesterday's leftover sweet and sour king prawn takeaway ' first I've had in 5 months.

S: handful of nuts

D: prawns with spicy chickpea salad, kiwi with oat yogurt

B: Protein shake with probiotic and half a banana, small handful of cashew nuts, Folic Acid, vits D3 and K2

L: spicy coconut noodle pot - not healthy but quick ! Mouthful of fruit cake

D:homemade chicken red wine casserole, mash and green beans - ceramic bowl sized portion rather than the giant plate i used to have :-)

10 months in, 5 and a half stone loss, tapering down now so currently on 5mg from my highest of 7.5, weight 9 st 7

B mini weetabix with oat milk, strawberries, coconut yogurt and mixed seeds

L wholewheat sandwich with cream cheese, salad, roasted veg, packet of crisps

S a chocolate brownie

D 3/4 portion of macaroni cheese with balsamic tomatoes

L: Chicken salad pitta, green juice and a satsuma

D: Chicken curry, naan and rice (ate about 3/4 of the portion)

Snacks: Banana, chocolate biscuits

Snack - some dried prunes and walnuts

Dinner - mango, avocado, and cannellini bean salad with smoked mackerel

Had to go into the office today and forgot to take my overnight oats…
B - nothing but coffee.
L - ate my breakfast when I got home at 2pm - big mistake!
D - three mouthfuls of Thai red chicken curry

Im still full now at nearly 11pm
