D: coconut and coriander salmon, broccoli
Usual supplements, 2 litres water, green tea, CBD drink

Think I may have to stop the Thursday breakfast out (or change location!) as it just makes me so full😫

lunch; salmon steamed veg

Dinner; chicken breast, steamed veg and new potatoes.

I'm going to join if that's ok as I need to see what people are eating - I feel like a barely fancy anything at all. Started 17th jan and doing 2nd 5mg jab tomorrow.

D: TGI Fridays cobb salad with grilled chicken and boiled egg, 1 corn on cob
1 pear drop sweet (needed some sugar)

2 litres fizzy water, 1 coffee, 2 hot Ribenas.

L: 1 x slice sourdough with avocado

D: Spaghetti bolognese- could only manage half the portion. 5mg must be kicking in as this hadn't been a problem the last few weeks!

Snacks: wafer biscuit, 3 x salt and vinegar rice cakes

Drinks: coffee, water, peppermint tea, 2 glasses white wine

It’s my birthday tomorrow so I was out for dinner and drinks yesterday, this was my day:

B - banana
L - 4 wholewheat crackers with cream cheese, cucumber and pepper
D - crispy breaded king prawns (starter size) with a mini Caesar salad

4 cocktails, plenty of water

L: salad leaves. Mozzarella. Boiled egg. Tomatoes. Cucumber. Sweet peppers. Balsamic vinegar & olive oil dressing.

First day on Mounjaro

B: apple and peanut butter and a cup of tea

L: slice of Hovis seeded cobb, small avocado and an egg fried in 1 cal spray

S: banana, 20g peanuts, some carrot sticks

D: roast chicken (skin off) salad with loads of vegetables and a little bit of coleslaw and potato salad

S: will be a cup of tea, apple and a dark chocolate and ginger biscuit

Approx. 1600 calories which I'm fine with as 1500 is my daily target and I don't normally eat breakfast.

D: cream cheese and garlic stuffed chicken breast, broccoli
S: olives

B - 3 poached eggs and avocado
L- ham and cheese salad and 2 tangerines.
D - cottage pie with garden peas
Snack - grenade protein bar and Nxt lemonade flavour protein drink.

I eat 120 g of protein as want to maintain as much muscle as possible and approx 1500 calories daily. Now at goal weight of 9st 7lb from 12st 2lb.

D - tuna salad

today
B - half a bottle vanilla huel
L - the other half, handful of cherries
D - Halloumi with spiced corn and tomato rice

snack - 1 stick red liquorice, dried mango, 5 Haribo.

Breakfast -scrambled egg on toast
lunch -jacket potato with half a pot of cottage cheese
tea- small portion ( about 3 tablespoons as wasn’t hungry) of tomato pasta and one slice of low fat garlic bread
snacks- 4 revels and two pink and white sweets

D: roast chicken salad again as I made extra yesterday for today. Half of it is currently in the fridge as I was full - I'll finish it in an hour or so.

Also had two cups of tea and an apple.

L/D - roast chicken, homemade stuffing, roast potatoes, carrots, broccoli, gravy and a Yorkshire pudding followed by a tiny slice of lemon cake as it’s my birthday!

Probably the biggest meal I’ve had since starting MJ but it was a much smaller portion than I would usually have, and my only meal of the day so still within my calories and definitely won’t need to eat anything else today!

L: 1 banana, 1 pear
D: chicken roast dinner with chicken breast, 3 roast potatoes, 1 stuffing ball, peas, cabbage and carrots, gravy, tiny amount of cauli cheese
an orange for dessert!

Lots of herbal tea and one earl grey tea
