L: M&S Feta and slow roasted tomato pasta (small portion when out and about) and Starbucks pistachio velvet latte (not great at all, wish I'd not bothered 🤢)

D: Salmon fish cake abs mixed veg

Snacks: 1 Lindt chocolate ball, small bag popcorn

Drinks: Coffee, water, peppermint tea

D: coconut and coriander salmon, broccoli
S: strawberries
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 2 CBD drinks

Fasted up until 7pm
D - low calorie (272) lasagne, green mixed leaf salad with dressing and smattering of Parmesan cheese.
3 litres sparkling water, 1 coffee.

B - overnight oats with blueberries and 2 chopped Brazil nuts
L - baby cucumbers (these are my new favourite) 1 babybel, cherries and grapes.
D - chicken laksa with green peppers, spring onions, green beans and broccoli and some udon noodles

snack - 1 stick of red liquorice
2.5 litres fizzy water, 2 coffees

@MummyInTheNecropolis I was addicted to Pepsi max, three days into the jab I couldn’t stand it! I really miss it but it makes me feel yuk

@Iwouldratherbesinging I wish it had that effect on me! I’m still drinking loads of the stuff. I do feel more positive about being able to give it up now though (I’ve given up chocolate and sweets completely which I never thought possible)! Only thing putting me off is the horrendous headaches I’ve had when trying to give up in the past.

L: 2 egg omelette with various bits that needed eating - cooked chicken, mushrooms, cherry toms, spinach. Forced down some strawbs and kiwi with oat yogurt although I was pretty full, needed the calories.
