I had my last dose of 2.5 on Wednesday

Today I had:
B - oat so simple golden syrup porridge & a golden delicious apple

Late lunch/early dinner - boiled new potatoes, 2 breaded chicken steaks, lettuce & cucumber

Snacks - 1 can of cherry coke & 1 skinny whip bar

1.5 litres of water with electrolytes

B yoghurt granola frozen fruit
L falafel and hummus wrap with salad
D ? Smoked salmon and scrambled egg… not v hungry

Week 35, day 1, 10mg, dose 2
B: 2 sausages, fired egg, baked beans
D: chicken stirfry with Chinese leaf, red peppers, mange tout, spring onion
Usual supplements, loads of green tea, 2 litres of water, CBD drink

Had to convince myself to have dinner as I knew I needed veg and then to finish it! No side effects on 10mg so far but the suppression/satiety is next level!

I’m the opposite today and have been starving!
supposed to be a fast day on a Thursday, but I broke my fast at 2pm with a baby bel, 2 mini cucumbers and grapes…

D - wholewheat spaghetti with dry fried prosciutto, garlic, mushrooms, red onions and cherry tomatoes.

3 litres fizzy water, 1 coffee.

D: Fish and chips followed by chocolate cake šŸ™ˆ it is my birthday though!

D - buffet in a pub, I had a quarter sandwich, a mini samosa, cocktail sausage and some carrot and cucumber sticks with hummus

Bloody hell, I thought I knew what I was doing after 8 months of MJ but eating is a struggle on this 10!!

L: sweet chili hot smoked salmon fillet, cherry tomatoes, strawberries
D: chicken stir fry
S: 3 handfuls of popcorn at the cinema
Usual supplements, 2 litres of water, green tea, CBD drink

L: made a protein shake but didn't like it much for some reason, so had half and then a bowl of rasps and strawbs with oat yogurt and some salted peanuts

D: leftover chilli, square of dark choc
