L: BLT sandwich and crisps

D: Indian takeaway chicken shashlik with pilau rice and a bit of naan bread

Snacks- crisps, apple, 3 x biscuits, satsuma

Not a great day of eating at all šŸ™ˆ but a long day in work followed by husbands birthday celebrations hence the takeaway!

D - lots of roasted veg with paprika, cumin and garlic and some chicken.
3 litres fizzy water, 1 coffee.

Week 34, day 5, 10mg, dose 1
B: the usual!
D: falafel and hummus and a hot smoked sweet chilli salmon fillet (was late coming back from the gym and could not be bothered to cook but needed to eat something!)
S: handful of cashews
Usual supplements, a lot of green tea, 3 litres of water, CBD drink

L: prawns with spiced chickpea salad, plus some random kimchi and pickled beetroot, raspberries with oat yogurt

S: packet of kettle chips

D: home made shake of berries, mango, pineapple, kiwi, plum, ground flax, protein powder and soy milk

Was offered homemade cakes at work today, I know from past experience that these cakes are amazing but I wasn’t even tempted, had no trouble saying no! This is huge for me!

B - Overnight oats with blueberries and 2 chopped Brazil nuts
L - 2 baby cucumbers, 1 babybel and 3 crab sticks
D - tuna and bean salad, more baby cucumbers, grated carrot, cherry tomatoes and a tablespoon of pasta

snacks, half a punnet of cherries
2 litres fizzy water, 1 coffee, 2 mugs of hot Ribena.

(I posted I was having the shake yesterday but after I made it I realised DH had bought the added sugar soy milk so just picked at some ham, cheese, apple and nuts instead)

B - a 2 finger twix! (Canteen had shut at work and I was ravenous and there wasn't much else to choose from! Need to be more organised and take in a porridge pot or something for emergencies.

L - jacket potato with some chicken tikka curry on top. Ate about half of the potato

Snacks - lentil crisps, a wafer biscuit, a kitkat

Not had any dinner and if I do it will be some soup to balance out my poor breakfast choice!

2l of water, can of Pepsi max

Just did my second 5mg jab, another 4lbs off this week. Very happy with that!

Struggling to eat today. On 2nd week of 12.5mg and think it’s too much. Will finish the pen and evaluate whether I need to go back down a dose.

b: light and free cherry yoghurt

l: 1 piece toast and honey

d: small bowl of cauli cheese

still have 620 cals to eat.
