L- Salmon fillet, salad and feta

D- Few slices of pizza

Snacks- 1 square dark chocolate, protein yogurt

Drinks- electrolytes, coffee, tea, white wine

B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: homemade tomato and bean soup, 2 mandarins
Usual supplements, 2 litres of water, CBD drink, 2 glasses white wine

Didn't have any set meals yesterday really, I just grazed on the following during the day:

3 slices of cold pizza, some chicken pieces, a kitkat, lentil crisps, choc digestive

2l of water, Pepsi max

B: decaf black coffee with collagen

L: piri piri chicken with big salad, raspberries and plums in oat yogurt, square of dark choc

D: home made shake with berries, mango, pineapple, kiwi, plums, ground flax, protein powder, soy milk.

D - chinese! Only a small amount, stir fried veg, some king prawn chow mein and a few bits of crispy chilli beef, a side plate filled me up!

snack - apple and a Freddo bar

L: hot and sour belly pork and pineapple stew, loads of spring greens

Already over my daily kcal goal with the belly pork, but no regrets, it was amazing and I am absolutely stuffed so probably won't eat again now until tomorrow.

Feel really ill with nausea and really sore stomach. It started Saturday night. First week of 5mg so think it's that.

B - a spoon full of cereal. Had to give up on it.
L - half a cup of tomato soup.
D - a protein shake.
