B- 1 1/2 slices of toast with butter
D- 2 slices of chicken and onion pizza
Snacks - cheese string, 1 x chicken nugget stolen off the kids plate!

D- Chinese Char Sui curry with boiled rice, a few prawn crackers

Snacks- 2 x rice cakes, Greek yogurt with frozen berries and peanut butter

May have a glass of wine or 2 tonight, undecided!

D - lazy dinner, busy day. 2 slices toasted sour dough, 1/2 tin tomatoes and half tin beans, sprinkling of cheese.

snack, sweet and salty popcorn, 1 babybel
2 litres fizzy water, coffee.

Week 33, day 3, 7.5mg, dose 9
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
L: sweet chilli hot smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes
D: cream cheese and garlic stuffed chicken breast rolled in sesame seeds, broccoli
S: 2 mandarins, half a dozen cashews
Usual vitamins etc, green tea, 3 litres of water, electrolytes, CBD drink, small can of Buzzd, 2 glasses white wine

I’m on week 4 and have just seen this thread, it’s great to see lots of meal ideas! Hope it’s ok to join in! My meals for today:
B - banana
L - half a salmon fillet, few baby potatoes and salad
D - slow cooked sweet and sour pork with rice (small portion)

No snacks, as I’ve stopped snacking altogether - something I never thought would be possible for me!

L: wafer thin chicken with salad
D: Takeaway so I opted for 1/4 tandoori chicken, pitta and salad. Also had about half an onion bhaji.
S: protein yoghurt.

Had 2 coffees, one with collagen powder this morning, 2 liters of water through the day. A G&T with dinner, might have a glass of wine too in a bit.

B - small portion of cornflakes
L - a few roast potatoes, roasted parsnips, mini cucumbers and tuna (the combination was bad).
D - low calorie jelly, kefir and cherries

Snacks - 40 calorie hot chocolate, pringles (well the Aldi cheap version).

D - roast chicken, baked potato, broccoli and gravy

snack - Greek yoghurt with mixed berries.

This was a different kind of day for me as my vegetable intake was way down.

I will add to that a kitkat after my roast! Really
enjoyed it too. I’ve had a lot of quite low calorie days recently because I’ve had very low appetite and was feeling like I fancied some chocolate - sadly nothing more exciting in the cupboards because I’ve been off all the fun stuff but it hit the spot.

S: packet of minstrels, 6 eclair sweets, 2 mandarins, handful of cashews

Mad day of food noise for no apparent reason today!!
