First day today.

Didn’t fancy lunch - half a full sized pizza for dinner.

lots of water and tea. Planning on healthier choices tomorrow.

Rubbish food day today.
B - overnight oats with Blueberries
L - 2 rice cakes, two small pieces of gammon, a babybel and some cherries.

shouldn't have eaten lunch as I was out tonight, too full to eat dinner before leaving, got home at 9:45 so too late to eat as I’ll get indigestion. Going to bed hungry - my own fault, lesson learned!

edited - forgot I ate a banana!

L: Roast chicken salad protein bagel.
D: Small jacket potato with roasted salmon fillet, broccoli

Week 32, day 6, 7.5mg, dose 8

B: (pool view 😁) eggs benedict
L: nasi goreng and 2 small beers

And then followed a blurry and confused 22 hours of plane food including:
chicken cacciatore with very sloppy mash (did not eat it!)
scrambled egg/ chicken sausage (& mixed fruit)
turkey sandwich, brownie
cheese omelette (nasty but I ate a small croissant)
I’m not sure what/how much I ate but do remember a Kitkat in there somewhere! šŸ˜‚

Today: week 32, day 7, 7.5mg, dose 8

L: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: ginger chicken and broccoli
Usual supplements, 2 litres of water, green tea, CBD drink

D - ham chicken curry with lots of veg, small serving of rice and managed to eat a quarter of a mini naan.

snack - more fruit, 1 small piece of baklava (these were unopened from Christmas, nearly all gone now)

B - black coffee with chocolate protein powder in, a slice of seed-based crispbread with cream cheese and a sliced banana on, plus a glass of 'proviva' probiotic juice
L - chicken, kale and pearl barley soup
D - curried chicken with leeks, peppers and a bit of rice, then some blueberries

snack - had a 100 cal clear protein powder in my water at the gym

I thought I'd eaten rather a lot today but writing it down it seems very sensible. Maybe after nearly two months my expectation of normal eating is stabilizing at a better level. I hope so.

Hungry day today,

B: warburtons protein breakfast bagel with egg and bacon.
L: Leftover spaghetti bolognese, salad
D: Couple of homemade enchiladas, HUGE salad in an attempt to fill the void.
Snacks: 3 sour cream snackajacks, mini kitkat.

That injection day hunger isn't a myth is it? I was ravenous. Didn't calorie count today, I'm only counting when I think I might not manage the minimum calorie floor, today was not one of those days.
