Yesterday:

B - Huel drink (had an event and early breakfasts are v difficult for me now)
L - small fillet of salmon with salad, 1 cream cake
S - a couple of jellybabies
D - a very small portion of homemade chicken risotto

Today, so far:

B - 2 fried eggs with half a tin of chickpeas, harissa and za'atar (all kind of fried up together)

B: decaf black coffee

L: leftover sausage pasta, raspberries with coconut yogurt

S: 2 x hard boiled eggs

D: protein shake with pineapple, mango, papaya, berries, kiwi, ground flax, protein powder and soy milk. Handful of nuts, square of dark choc.

L - chicken and veg stir fry
D - kefir yogurts, pineapple, an apple, a few grapes

Snacks - 4 chocolates. I felt I needed the energy after couch to 5k, the gym and 2 dog walks.

B: Lidl protein cranberry granola, semi-skimmed milk. Iced latte.
L: Asda protein noodle stir fry with king prawns prawns and edemame beans.
Snack: 3 salt and vinegar snackajack rice cakes

Don't think I'm going to manage dinner but ending on a solid 1100 calories anyway, so not too fussed

B - crumpet and poached egg
L - egg mayo sandwich (half)
D - chicken tikka pieces

Water, and way too much Pinot Grigio oops

Today
L - chicken tikka pieces
D - roast chicken dinner with mash, carrots, broccoli cheese, sweet corn, stuffing and a Yorkshire pudding

Water, Pepsi max and a lucosade (due to the Pinot Grigio drinking yesterday) šŸ˜‚

B- Bagel thin with peanut butter and banana

L- 1 slice wholemeal toast, scrambled egg and avocado

D- Chicken roast dinner

Snacks- chocolate biscuit, fibre one bar

Drinks- coffee, tea x 2, cappucino, peppermint tea

Lunch - Greek yoghurt with protein powder, flax seed and chai seeds mixed in. Cherries, prunes, some mixed seeds and a teaspoon of peanut butter

Snack - seafood sticks with some olives and cheese cubes

Dinner - Egg noodles with peanut sauce, red peppers, sugarsnap peas, coriander and hot smoked salmon

Lots of water and mint tea!

Late lunch - gammon, cheesy cauliflower and broccoli, couple of little balsamic roast potatoes
D - roasted rhubarb with a scoop of vanilla ice cream

2 litres sparkling water, 2 coffees, no snacks

B: (view still there!!) fruit, 2 boiled eggs, toast
L: calamari, potato skins stuffed with tomatoes, black olives and mozzarella
D: garlic king prawns and garlic bread, salad
Vitamins etc, 2 litres of water, fresh coconut, 3 beers, gin & cucumber cocktail, green tea

B: 1 slice of seeded roast with butter, a medium scrambled egg and two rashers of bacon. Iced latte.
L: tried to eat yesterday's leftover prawn chow mein but couldn't stomach it, ate the prawns and left the rest. Cup of tea.
D: Grilled salmon fillet with a Chinese chilli rub, 1/2 pack of micro wild rice and quinoa, air-fried green beans with lemon and olive oil 🤤
Snacks: Banana, fun-size curly curly

My weight in ice water.

Came in at 1400 calories today!

B: (last day of sea view😫) 2 fried eggs, 2 small beef sausages, mushrooms, toast
D: roast duck, mixed meat noodles, black pepper beef, roast pork and a pork dumpling (shared Chinese)
Usual vitamins etc, 2 litres of water, green tea, tea, 4 beers

B: Banana, cup of tea. (feeling queasy)
L: Slice of wholemeal and rye toast, full fat cream cheese, two slices of smoked salmon, cup of tea.
Snack: Popcorn, vanilla latte.
D: Two small boneless skin-on jerk chicken thighs. Can of pepsi max.

Feeling really queasy today, food wasn't helping. Ending on 1100 calories. Might eat some nuts or something before bed for some calories and fibre.

D: a bowl of homemade lamb pilau

5 dates, an orange, going to have some Greek yoghurt with peanut butter coated with a layer of dark chocolate
