Yesterday:
B: decaf black coffee
L: Sandwich with wholemeal seeded bread, avocado, lettuce, tomato, prawns, mayonnaise, tabasco. Graze BBQ corn, square of dark choc.
D: (nearly forgot, the sandwich kept me full for ages which I wasn't expecting) protein shake with pineapple, mango, berries, kiwi, ground flax, protein powder, soy milk
Today:
B: decaf black coffee
L: sandwich with wholemeal seeded bread, avocado, lettuce, tomato, tuna, mayonnaise. Graze BBQ corn.
S: Handful of walnuts and pumpkin seeds
D: pasta with sausage and tomato sauce. And I have some new coconut yogurt to try with some raspberries.
Off dairy as it seems to be causing my eczema to flare up, which is too bad since I have only just discovered that nice cottage cheese. Hopefully will go back to normal again when I come off MJ.
