L - chicken salad
D - spag bol

today is the first day I think since I’ve been on 7.5 that I’ve had any interest in food and I really fancied that bit of chocolate! First chocolate I’ve eaten this year and I really enjoyed it but crucially I had a few squares and put the bar in the fridge as I felt like I’d had enough 😱 such a weird feeling for me, would usually have eaten the whole lot.

B - porridge made with half milk, half water. Served with milk

L - a very rare slice of homemade corn beef pie served with carrots and broccoli. It was worth waiting months for.

D - half a small marinated boneless chicken, side salad with home made dressing and half a slice of sourdough bread with butter.

Snack - 2 kiwi gold, 2 squares of malteser chocolate from my granddaughter

tea, coffee, water.

First day today after taking my first dose yesterday!

B: Black coffee and lots of water
L: Greek yoghurt with protein powder, prunes, cherries, flax seed, chia and mixed seeds
D: tomato and spinach omelette, avocado and baked sweet potato

Plus a couple of mint teas throughout the day.

Snacks - kitkat, graze protein crunch (handful)

Breakfast: Yoghurt with raspberries and a sprinkle of nutty granola

Lunch: Bean chilli

Dinner: 3 fish fingers (got a bit queasy and couldn’t face much)

Snack: Slice of seeded toast and an apple

D - tomato soup, yoghurt, grapes and blueberries.

B: (with a sea view!) mozzarella omelette, 2 beef cocktail sausages, grilled tomato, toast
D: chicken skewers, chips, salad, half a wrap
Usual supplements, green tea, orange juice, 2 litres of water, a fresh coconut (still in love!), large beer, 2 mojitos

L - small bowl of leftover dahl and a Starbucks protein iced coffee
D - 1 homemade steak mince burger, 1 brioche roll, onions, mushrooms, smattering of cheese. Small portion of oven baked sweet potato fries.

2 litres sparkling water. Will probably have 1 piece of baklava later

Yesterday:

B: decaf black coffee

L: Sandwich with wholemeal seeded bread, avocado, lettuce, tomato, prawns, mayonnaise, tabasco. Graze BBQ corn, square of dark choc.

D: (nearly forgot, the sandwich kept me full for ages which I wasn't expecting) protein shake with pineapple, mango, berries, kiwi, ground flax, protein powder, soy milk

Today:

B: decaf black coffee

L: sandwich with wholemeal seeded bread, avocado, lettuce, tomato, tuna, mayonnaise. Graze BBQ corn.

S: Handful of walnuts and pumpkin seeds

D: pasta with sausage and tomato sauce. And I have some new coconut yogurt to try with some raspberries.

Off dairy as it seems to be causing my eczema to flare up, which is too bad since I have only just discovered that nice cottage cheese. Hopefully will go back to normal again when I come off MJ.

B: wholemeal and rye toast with 1 scrambled egg and a couple of slices of smoked salmon. Iced latte.
L: Half of a warburtons protein pitta pocket with cream cheese and 2 slices of smoked salmon. Handful of doritoes and a mouthful of protein yoghurt, couldn't stomach another bite.
D: Small jacket potato with half a can of tuna & mayo, big salad.

About a bajillion mls of water. Feel like a human water balloon.

B: (still with a sea view!) fruit, 2 boiled eggs, toast
L: chicken satay, rice
D: bbq seafood skewer (tuna, prawns, squid), corn on the cob, peppers, onion, salad, chips
Vitamins etc, 2 litres of water, 3 beers, 2 gin and cucumber cocktails (happy hour has a lot to answer for!šŸ˜‚)
