D - homemade chilli using chicken mince with spoonful of rice

L - smoked sausage and chips from the chip shop. Eating out with a friend. I didn't finish the chips.
D - 1 x crumpet, kefir and blueberries

Snacks 3 x quality street.

Not the best day and not feeling 100% either.

snack - grapes, 2 pieces Lindt chocolate - tasted so sweet and artificial!

not enough fluid today, really struggle to drink more on a Saturday when out and about

New to this thread, struggling to eat as uncomfortably full on 3rd dose of 2.5mg so now eating small amounts more often rather than meals.

D: Parmesan crumbed cod, roast broc and cauli, 2 small easy peeler oranges
S: 4 cashews!
Usual supplements etc, green tea, 2 litres of water, 2 glasses of white wine

Today: day 4
B: as above
D: Thai green curry with chicken, peppers, spinach, baby corn and quinoa
S: 6 cashews

I've just weighed myself and I've put on 1.5lbs since I last weighted 2 weeks ago! I've stuck to low calories, lots of protein and walking etc.

I'm on 7.5. FGS

Any tips before I throw the scales away (again) Grin

Another bad, bad day. Not at home which hasn't helped.

B - croissant.
L - 3 meats, veg, gravy, flat bread, pigs in blankets.
D - sharing bag of buttons and some jelly beans.

Not good. Meal out tomorrow too. Start again Thurs.

I’ve had a 291 calorie pret soup for lunch and 3 fish fingers for dinner (183 calories). Not ideal but I struggled to eat anything.
