Really not hungry today after jab at the weekend, so far have managed

L - leftover chicken lasagne (homemade)
D - instant noodle pot
Snacks - handful of pistachios and a blue riband wafer.

B - one banana, one apple.
L - it was Christmas pie day at work today, it’s been a tradition for the last 20 odd years (I’ve been there forever)… I managed to get away with just eating a couple of mouthfuls, boxed it up and have brought it home for hubby
D - small bowl of left over cottage pie and carrots

3 litres sparkling water, 2 coffees, no snacks 😇

B. 1/2 slice of toast and marmalade (not hungry but made myself eat as out most of day)

L. One seeded crispbread and scrambled egg.

D. 3/4 of a thin low calorie pizza slice with extra vegetables on top. Small handful of crisps. 1 glass of wine

S. 2 tbsp of berries and 1 tbsp kefir yoghurt

2 teas 2 coffee milk and sugar

B: as above: chicken stir fry
Mad moment - salted caramel waffle biscuit
No supplements, green tea, 3 litres of water, CBD drink, 2 x 0% g&ts

L - ate breakfast too late so still full
D - one slice sour dough, 2 eggs scrambled, tinned plum tomatoes and oven baked mushrooms

Snack - a homemade cookie
D - tomato mugshot. The rest of my family had cottage pie but I don't eat red meat and I can't be bothered making a meal for one!
