Day 2 on 7.5mg and my first experience of nausea 😕
B - small banana
L - vanilla slim fast shake and some grapes
D - really small 1/2 bowl of beef stew. its been bubbling away all day in the slow cooker, hope I feel better tomorrow or it’ll be going in the freezer, there’s too much for hubby too eat on his own!
3 litres sparkling water, 1 coffee.

Lunch: 2 x protein bagels with Flora Light and ham, Mullerrice Protein, small bag wheat crunchies
D: Battered fish, microchips and mixed veg
Snack: Protein hot chocolate and 3 x white choc digestives
Water and Cherry Tango. Getting better- only 177 calories under my base goal and 411 if you include the 2 hour walk I went on earlier!

B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: pan fried sea bass and prawns with pesto butter, purple sprouting broccoli
Usual supplements, gut feel, green tea, 2 litres of water, CBD drink, 2 x 0% g&t

Today: day 6
B: as always! 😂
D: roast chicken, cauli cheese, sprout purée, gravy

L: Huel ready to drink chocolate shake (didn't have time to make proper lunch)

D: mussels in tomato and chorizo sauce

7.5mg day three, nausea gone but no appetite.
B - small porridge
L - banana
D - half a bowl of beef stew (we’re going to be eating this forever!)
3 litres sparkling water, 1 coffee, no snacks

WEEK 2

B. Half a slice of marmalade on toast (forced myself, wasn’t hungry).

L. Very late lunch. Two home-made salmon fish cakes (no energy to rustle up a side salad). 2 x pieces of dark chocolate.

1/2 bottle of wine (challenging day)

D. Very late-night dinner of home made chicken vegetable and rice soup.

Too much time cooking and washing up! But soup will last days I hope. Am curious as to how the soup will turn out (never cook soup).

tea coffee milk and sugar.

S. Half a yoghurt, 1 piece of dark chocolate

Glass of wine, tea and coffee with milk and sugar and squash.

Really enjoyed what I ate, and hungry at the time, but it wasn’t very much when I look at it in total.

D. 3 x homemade feta cheese and spinach parcels, 1 glass of wine

S. 1 x orange
