B: wholemeal toast with lurpak and tea

L: lentil soup

D: roast chicken leg (only half no skin), brocolli spears, cauliflower, 1/2 a boiled potato

B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: pan seared tuna steak with vegetable skewers (onions, tomatoes, peppers, courgette brushed with garlic oil)
S: handful of cashews
Usual supplements, clear whey, gut feel, clean greens, 3 litres of water, green tea, CBD drink, 2 x 0% g&ts

I messed up entirely today for the first time in about 7 weeks. Angry with myself.

B - porridge
L - fried eggs on toast (far too much oil).
Snacks - about 10 chocolates. Far too many and after about 3 I didn't even enjoy them.

Overall it's probably not even above my TDEE but it's still a shit food day and I've been doing so well until today.

@Midlifecrisisxamillion draw a line and move forwards. I have been there! I am regularly making poor food choices but I'm massively under my calories over the course of the week and I am trying to prioritise protein and fibre.

B - 2 x poached eggs and beans
L - dairylea dunker and a Kit Kat
D - chicken tikka masala (homemade) with red pepper and onion and a table spoon of rice.

Really need to stop buying dairylea dunkers and Kit Kats!!!!!!!!

Snack - kitkat and half a potato waffle off the kids plate
D - small battered fish and mushy peas

L - bowl of mixed salad and deli chicken and some feta cheese
D - had to go out at 7, was too full to eat beforehand, home just after 9, didn’t want to eat that late so had a slim fast shake left over from pre MJ days.

2.5 litres of sparkling water and three coffees

D: Thai green curry - chicken, peppers, aubergine, courgette and quinoa
S: handful of cashews
Supplements as above, drinks as above plus 2 x Pentire coastal spritz!

B granola, yogurt frozen berries
l falafel and hummus wrap with grated carrots and lettuce

D - small bowl of chickpea and spinach curry with a heaped tablespoon of rice
snacks - 30g dried mango
3 litres of sparkling water, one coffee.

@Whattodowithaminute I’m intrigued as to what dipped frozen raspberries are? 😊

Not had any tea yet. Honestly don't know what to have because it'd be cooking for one and I'll leave most of it!

sweet potato, coconut & chilli soup, bread roll. A couple of slices of chicken and baby tomatoes.

Day before -

Beef salad. Sliced chicken and tomatoes.
