Thought id start a thread for anyone starting in July given we are almost there. I've just ordered tonight with Voy, hoping I get approved and will be able to start next week.

I'm a little apprehensive as some of my eating habits are emotionally driven not hunger! So I'm going to need to find some will power too. That's why I've gone with a company that provides support as well as just medication.

My starting weight is 18st 1lb and I'm 5ft 5 so I've ALOT to loose.

I've read it can help with wine cravings which is my downfall.
What day of the week is best to inject, I read the whole thread, does the appetite suppression wear off towards the end of the week? Xx

Hi I'm also thinking about starting.
I've had my first pen in my fridge for a month! So worried about side effects and getting anxious that I've yet to use it.

I'm 5ft 2, 14 stones, bulging out of my size 16s. Have been dieting all of my life with varying success. I'm so fed up of thinking about my weight and diet all day every day and feeling crap and self conscious with aching joints. I'm only 40!

@Caitlynandthecat I've not had any side effects today at all after injecting for the first time last night if that makes you feel less anxious?

@Jomummy1013 not sure if you can use them on your second month but worth a try! I'm with Voy but think I'm going to swap to zava for my second month so I can use the discount and just keep doing that until I've used up all the discounts available and actually have to pay full price!

Looking forward to my first weigh in next week hoping I'm actually on the start of a downward trend!

im 86 kg but getting steadily bigger and just can’t seem to shift it so have bitten the bullet.

quite nervous about injecting and side effects. However when over 13 stone I get a weird type of indigestion that makes me sick so I already I have a side effect from being overweight!

don’t think I’m going to tell anyone until I get a feel for how it is.

If you’re fat, but not fat enough to have a BMI of 30, have any of you cheated a tad to get Mounjaro?

struggle with boredom eating esp at night.
good meal sizes, but not most healthy.

live with 2 fussy eaters so already making many different meals. Neither of them need to lose weight and they don’t do healthy foods.

what eating regime are you following (if any)

@DoctorMartin well done for taking the plunge! Literally haha. To be fair I found it fairly complicated and I'm a nurse who's also done several rounds of IVF so got alot of experience of injecting! I'm sure you've done it right. Draw a line under this evening, new day tomorrow.

@Ilovethewild I'm a boredom eater and today I've just not been bothered at all despite working from home and there being treats in the house! Honestly that's a miracle for me. I've ordered through a company that provides coaching partly for that and partly because then I know it's a verified company and it's the real deal. My first jab actually wasn't cold when it arrived so I messaged them and they sent a replacement out which arrived the next day so I rate them so far. Love your username. I wish I was in the position to be not quite over 30, but I've been bmi over 30 as long as I can remember haha. But I'm sure if you lied a touch on what you weighed and a photo you sent them reflected that you'd be able. It depends what companies want. Voy wanted photo ID then a full body photo. Some companies want to see a photo of you stood on the scales from what I've read in other threads

Well I'm feeling a little bit bloated and full this morning for sure! I don't usually eat until 11 so will see what happens. I had a brilliant night's sleep but not sure if that's a coincidence or not.

Just realised I didn't really introduce myself 😂 I gained a couple of stone after a period of serious stress both in work and at home - which led me to stop working out and to eat more. Back on track now but really impatient to shift the excess weight and get my fitness back so decided to try this to hurry things along as so far the exercise has increased my appetite even more 😂

i feel so nervous about starting as tried saxenda briefly a couple of yrs ago and didn’t lose with it. I found the type of nausea it gave me made me want to eat white carbs 😆 am really really hoping that doesn’t happen with this, 🤞

I injected Monday so 2 days post and man am I full today! I almost feel a little bloated, like I've eaten a massive meal and hour or two ago, when in reality I've had 2 coffees, a banana and a small tuna pasta salad all day! This is SO unlike me it's unreal. Really hoping it's not a placebo affect and this carries on!

I’m doing that thing I always do before starting a new diet or eating thing and eating everything in sight 😞 it’s kind of a last blowout mentality but can’t seem to stop it!
