This thread is about a popular sport podcast William appeared on and not about Taylor Swift, the environment or anything else.

Since you want to discuss the environment please do tell me how you think these people should travel? So you expect Harry and Meghan to bring the kids to England on some cheap flight? I suppose you think William and Family should just ride the bus whenever they need to go anywhere?

I didnt bring up the environment someone else did I just happened to agree with what they wrote and responded to them directly. If I wanted to discuss it I would start my own thread or make a comment without quoting a poster.

Ignorethe thread police, especially when they haven’t had an issue with other things being discussed like burnt ends and cheese which have a lot less to do with the thread. 😂

I’ve also talked about Taylor and climate change on the thread. You can’t really police a thread like that and you did mention Taylor in your title. Threads do go off on tangents all the time and when you think of William and Taylor together, one of the things that stands out is their apparent very different values on climate change. He preaches about it and she is one of the highest celeb polluters, who has just done a huge tour with a large carbon footprint, so it’s a talking point.

The options are not the extremes of bus or helicopter for Williams shorter trips. A car maybe, like others do.

Commercial flights may be suitable at times, why not, especially when you preach about climate change. Be prepared to practice what you preach or it will be discussed. Why try to shut down that discussion?

We’ve also had talk of burnt ends and cheese on the thread which are also tangents. It’s normal for a thread not to strictly stick to the topic. Let people chat.

Posters unfamiliar with the Royal family boards may be unaware that there are some distinct groupings of posters who make an attempt on almost every thread regardless of topic to criticize William and Kate.

Some are republicans who know that William and especially Kate are the biggest block to getting rid of the monarchy.

Some are supporters of Meghan and Harry who dislike William and Kate with a passion in some kind of only one coupe can win feud.

And there’s also a weird hybrid of republicans who seemed to become fans of the Sussexes as some kind of disrupters to the system who would help the cause.

And not to leave our some very passionate ‘Harry and Meghan are the devil posters’

So it remains almost impossible to not derail a thread.

I do like the cheese and light hearted diversions though!

Maybe back to why Harry got an award for aviation. Not sure if you got an answer about that.

It was one of those big American award ceremonies that is really a fundraiser in disguise. I think that’s where he insulted John Travolta, too.

😂 The Meghan and Harry are the devil posters seem to be the biggest in number.

I like the tangents, less boring. I’m just here because I saw Taylor mentioned. No one owns the boards and I’m not interested in cliques/groups, I had enough of those at school. It’s a chat forum.

Someone made a comment about preaching and how TS doesn't preach about the enivornment and I agree with them about it and how zi find those who do and then try to geeenwash their environmental impact. Its pretty much a universal/ general comment I am making in response to what someone else wrote.
