It's clear that Harry believe his own story ie that he was treated horribly his whole life. I think he thought after the documentary and spare, the world would be aghast at what he and Meghan went through and support him. Instead they've been labelled as grifters . I think this is another attempt to get people to understand 'his story' but it's just coming off as more of the same .

All a bit sad and desperate at this stage .

They don't appear to have friends close enough to them to know all the details in the book. Ofcourse it's come direct from them.

@SerenityNowInsanityLater I don’t think they have, didn’t Meghan say something that sounded like a thinly veiled threat, about she had plenty to tell? And Harry’s 3 book deal - after ‘Spare’ apparently there was enough for another book.
And don’t forget Netflix will want more juicy bits for their ££££, not to mention the opportunity to follow the pair if they ever come back to the UK.

I hate this. “They’d consider an invitation”. Just utterly abominable behaviour. Desperate to look like the poor victims again who haven’t received an invitation.

I think Harry sounds like he’s reaching the point of no return. He can’t let this shitshow go on any longer. He either needs to cut out his family and move on or he needs to cut out the drama in whatever form that might take. Either way I’d love to be a fly on the wall in their house tonight.

Harry’s got a 3 book deal and has only delivered one so far, so it doesn’t make sense for him to provide juicy bits of gossip for this book rather than save them for his own - he needs his own book 2 to sell. No one is expecting it to do as well as Spare, but it doesn’t make sense to feed another writer rather than his own ghost writer. (if he didn’t have a book 2 in the background, I’d also assume it was H&M to be fair)

The money Spare made shocked the publishing world, I don’t think this will be the last person with the slightest link to Harry/Will sticking a book about them out.

@LakeTiticaca - where did you read that? Was it one of the papers like the Daily Mail who need a Harry Meghan story regularly? The click though and engagement on H&M stories is massive compared to other royals /celebrities. They are good for advertising revenue. The stories are often completely made up. But if you are making up a story to get some advertising sold, then “he’d consider it” is a good one - you don’t look stupid if it’s later revealed he was invited and is there/isn’t there.

The drama isn’t going to go away as long as stories about them get so much engagement. Not sure if it’s a sign the British public hate them or love them, but it’s a clear sign as a group we are interested.
