The royal family

Surely H&M will have to dis-own these friends who have spoken out?

The info in the OS book is only what your closest friends or family would know.

If they have spilled the info surely they would have asked H&M first?

Some of it is so extremely personal.

You are right - the book is full of hate mostly towards Catherine.

I didn’t know it was released yet

Released today and full of spite against the RF especially Catherine . Really nasty .

Neriah · 28/11/2023 19:01

Amusing how invested people are in whining about a couple making their own money, but are "grifters". While the grifter monarch steals dead peoples money under ancient laws that should have been repealed centuries ago , lies about giving it to charity, then users it to bolster his personal pocket. If Harry has mental health problems, they couldn't possibly be the result of growing up with inbred thieves?

EdgarsTale · 28/11/2023 19:02

It’s such a nasty, personal book. It’s obviously come directly from H&M. They’ve massively misjudged how people will receive all this moaning and bitching. It’s pathetic really.

Borris · 28/11/2023 19:04

Does anyone know who it named on the Dutch copy

VernonScrips · 28/11/2023 19:06

Charles

bellac11 · 28/11/2023 19:10

Who is the royal named then, I take it its the person accused of being racist toward Megan?

egowise · 28/11/2023 19:15

funbags3 · 28/11/2023 17:22

I thought this was about the shop then noticed the thread. I couldn't work out what you were on about.

Same hahah

funbags3 · 28/11/2023 19:18

@egowise @bellac11 Glad it wasn't just me.😜

MaturingCheeseball · 28/11/2023 19:20

I think they colluded with Omid for Finding Freedom, and he’s used excess material for this, plus some extra bits garnered at the time of the Queen’s death.

However, M&H were hoping to make some in-roads back into the rf, so won’t be happy about this book. But what can they do? It’s obvious that the info has come from them in the first place.

That doesn’t explain the alleged conversations between Harry and Charles after Spare was published and before the Coronation. Much more recent.

Beefcurtains79 · 28/11/2023 19:31

So it was Charles who was the racist? Interesting.

Ratsoffasinkingsauage · 28/11/2023 19:37

Of course they will give some crass interview about how they had nothing to do with it- they love talking about themselves!

2jacqi · 28/11/2023 20:25

LakeTiticaca · 28/11/2023 18:24

I only read last week that H&M would "consider" an invitation to spend Christmas at Sandringham, should one appear.
The chance of such an invitation appearing is diminishing the minute.
Their "plans" have backfired so spectacularly I almost feel sorry for them

@LakeTiticaca they wanted the invite before the book came out!! They knew they wouldnt get one once the book was published!!! hahaha

Romanceisntdead · 28/11/2023 20:47

Wow if it gets published who the person was who mentioned skin colour...that's them banished forever I reckon. Watch this space

Theres nothing wrong with mentioning or talking about skin colour.

Romanceisntdead · 29/11/2023 08:16

I meant that's H and M done for because of .their association with OS alone and now this revealing of the royals who spoke about skin colour...will be the final straw. But how can names have been revealed in the Netherlands trabslation when they were not un the original book????

@LakeTiticaca - where did you read that? Was it one of the papers like the Daily Mail who need a Harry Meghan story regularly? The click though and engagement on H&M stories is massive compared to other royals /celebrities. They are good for advertising revenue. The stories are often completely made up. But if you are making up a story to get some advertising sold, then “he’d consider it” is a good one - you don’t look stupid if it’s later revealed he was invited and is there/isn’t there.

The drama isn’t going to go away as long as stories about them get so much engagement. Not sure if it’s a sign the British public hate them or love them, but it’s a clear sign as a group we are interested.

People are always "interested" in liars and serial killers.

NoNotMyHair · 29/11/2023 09:05

The point is that the original issue - talking about the skin colour of a potential child - has been diminished by the subsequent years and appalling behaviours by H and M. It was racist. No it wasn't racist. It was unconscious bias. H and M need to take the bull by the horns and stand up and be honest but no it's all subterfuge and allegation - more of the same old shit. Why won't they say who it is honestly?

Viviennemary · 29/11/2023 09:08

FloofCloud · 28/11/2023 17:40

Indeed!

Its them - it always is - just following what the mouth pieces in RF do

It is never ever Harry and Meghan's fault. Always somebody else to blame. Most people have rumbled them by now.

NoNotMyHair · 29/11/2023 09:11

bellac11 · 29/11/2023 07:36

Theres nothing wrong with mentioning or talking about skin colour.

The person who thinks this is a bad thing ie talking about a skin colour and suggesting one is bad and one is good is automatically thinking a certain colour is bad. Surely that is bias to start with? Oh wait I hear "but that is lived bias" - what? To assume that all white people think the say way? Is it the same vice versa? I would think more of H and M if they stood up and said "My relative asked what colour my child might be...we were offended by this".

(I mean name the relative)

Avatartar · 29/11/2023 09:19

bellac11 - exactly - I don’t think talking about skin colour is racist or unconscious bias per se. It all revolves around context. If I have blonde hair and you have brown hair and we have a baby - it’s natural to wonder will baby have blonde or brown hair. Short/tall, big nose/small nose - which parent’s traits or sides of the family will show up where in the child is a completely natural thought to have. None of us were there to know the context in which the comment was made

Handovertothetedcross · 29/11/2023 09:24

The relative has been named on this page, well they're not going away are they!
