Caught up with the latest episode and laughed out loud at Kathy brandishing the frying pan😂 Suki walking around with the kitchen knife…wtf!

The dodgy doctor talking to Nish in almost full view of the square with the police milling around was also amusing. No doubt Nish will be able to walk around the square in broad daylight and the police still won’t see him despite their 24/7 presence outside the Panesar’s house.

It’s not looking good for Sharon, Nicola seems seriously demented.

When I bought my motor I didn't even get a full tank of petrol. Lauren's Audi buyer got a bag of ketamine .

Seriously , she could've just scrunched that bag into her palm and coughed in her hand to distract attention. Jay isn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed , is he?

I see that Linda will feature heavily next week and in the synopsis for the episode on the 16th it says Linda makes a decision with life-changing consequences so I still think she's going to leave later this month. There's no mention of her in the episodes up until Jan 2nd.

Just read that Ian is going to die very soon, but not from natural causes. Oooh.

That's just someone guessing isn't it @usernother?

Cindy will find out about his recent angina attack and induce a heart attack .
Ian will think all his Christmases have come at once

Like the Janine and Barry story where he thought he was going to die within the next couple off months and she planned to shag him to death make it look like his poor heart pegged it consummating the marriage .

@usernother I think it's certain he'll have another heart attack when he finds out about Cindy and Junior! But I doubt he'll die.

Can't see them killing off Ian tbh, or any of the few remaining originals (Kathy, Sharon and Martin) but who knows. Although I can imagine him finding out about the affair, threatening to tell everyone but then having a heart attack before he can do so. Cindy finds him and walks off leaving him to die.

So you can watch all the Christmas Episodes on I player, I've just started 1987 which I've never seen before, but then it seems to jump to 1990 ?
Did they miss a couple ?

I thought it was just the years that were considered exceptionally good Christmas episodes.

No it was apparently every year, but for some reason two years are missing.

There was talk of a “vists from the ghosts of Christmas past/present/future” for Linda earlier in the thread

If that turns out to be true I wonder if that is what the funeral scenes that were leaked were for. Ghost of Christmas future shows Linda her own funeral and that’s what makes her go to rehab

No mention of Bianca at all ( up to the 20th)

I suspect they are withholding info on the spoilers this month to keep some surprises. Surely both Bianca and Linda must be featuring. 🤷‍♀️

I doubt his back , so might be in a ghostly form

Yes I remember Nigel - he was not that very exciting! I wonder who else they will get back for the 40th. Maybe Bianca after her long imprisonment! 😆

I loved Nigel too @the80sweregreat - wasn't his wife Debbie & then she died leaving him alone to bring up their daughter (or am I mis-remembering all of that?)
