Late to this… persevered through it but god, it’s awful. Miranda is sooo annoying. All the woke stuff is just so trite.

I am kind of interested in Carrie’s storyline so will watch to the end but I’m not sure why!

I persevered too - not quite sure why, but also felt the need to get to the end. I think SATC was very much a product of its time and this sequel just doesn’t work very well.

Hate Che. Wish she wasn’t come back for series two which I will also hate-watch

So much was so dreadful. Not least Charlotte and her face full of filler and complete inability to act. Che and the revolting scene in Carrie’s kitchen has scarred me for life. The woman with the massive necklaces.

Yes….the filler! Carrie looks ok. Charlotte looks awful. Miranda’s grey Bob is hideous. Charlotte’s kids are awful. They added black characters and trans characters for no real reason as they have poorly written characterisations and they are very one dimensional. They appear very token. Che is just annoying,

Even the rabbi is trans.

I am definitely hate watching. I loooved the original series though.

Why did they give Miranda a personality transplant? That weird scene in the kitchen was bizarre. It was awful.

Truly horrendous, but the odd funny moment and the clothes are still fabulous! Will defo watch series 2

Totally agree with all the sentiments above, and dread to think what they have in store for us in season 2. Apparently our reaction to Che has just made them want to amplify the character more. I've enjoyed Sara Ramirez in everything else I've seen them in, so perhaps this is a testament to the quality of the writing and acting that Che is so utterly insufferable?? (I don't think that's what the programme makers were aiming for, however).

Apparently Sara is exactly like Che in real life so I dont think its doen to the writing. Im dreading Aiden coming back I never liked him. I hope we see more of Carries younger neighbpur, I thought she was interesting.

The trouble is, the only thing worse than AJLT without Samantha is the idea of AJLT with Samantha, being schooled on how to be woke and repenting of her previous ways. KC is quite right not to lower herself to it.

Thanks for the new thread! I'm actually looking forward to the new season even though I disliked so much about the first. It was just nice to see them all again.

I loved the episode where Carrie was back obsessing over Natasha. And also how much better she handled Big's death than his past rejections.

What character would you all like to see make a cameo? Trey could be fun.
