I’m so excited to see the return of Changing Rooms tonight on Channel 4. I used to love watching the show in the ‘90s with my mum when I lived at home. I remember doing some very dodgy stencilling in my mum’s front room after being inspired by a makeover!

Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen will in it so there should be some extreme makeovers. Will anyone else be watching?

Lol we bumped into LLB coming out of The Wolsley yesterday afternoon! He had a pap sitting waiting for him, told him what shot he wanted the pap to take and then had the shot taken. So funny how staged it all was.

They've replaced Handy Andy with a whole team. Or rather they're now showing you the whole team.

I think he's being ironic/tongue in cheek. It was LLB who was responsible for the tart's boudoir of the past. He's not changed. The hair thing is bloody terrible.

God this whole programme is just an excuse for a group of attention seeking "designers" (I use this term v loosely) to show off! Even the presenter is at it.

It's unbelievably awful - can't believe Channel 4 have stooped so low

I would have a temper tantrum if it was my house! & long for cream or white or grey .... completely unliveable & totally impractical!

A swinging chair.
A giant cock.
A massive art piece made from hair.
Clay chains.
A tongue on the ceiling.

But that purple is the most hideous thing of it all!

This isn’t how I remember Changing Rooms. Yes they used to some outlandish themes but this is just tacky. I can’t stand the two male designers on the other team with their incessant giggly laughing. I think their room will look the worst. The hair looks hideous. Very disappointing.
