New series, starts Monday the 13th (unlucky for some?) on BBC1 at 9pm. Starting on a low gas now so the Greggggg 'observations' can build up gradually to a nice rolling boil.

And it's on again on the 13th, which I think is possibly why I got confused. AND on Friday the 15th.

But Plebeian Masterchef is the best.

Where is @Schadenfreudepersonified when you need her but amusingly @squoosh and @ellenanora5 - whoever is in the contest I shall be rooting for Sven and Marjorie. Brilliant. May as well - Gregg won't remember who's in it when he takes the leftovers back to his dressing room as a snack - Well in my mind he does. Feet up , door closed , 4 plates of food stacked on the dressing table.

Could someone write a sternly worded letter to the British Broadcasting Company to say we ( I ) don't want licence fee paying for Gregg Wallace. And if they don't do something about it , well , well , I will jolly well stamp my foot. ( Has he got a massive fan base somewhere ? )
