On tonight at 9 on ITV, this is a six part murder mystery set set against the backdrop of Loch Ness. It looks promising and I love watching Siobhan Finneran:

Evie getting a taxi to the airport didn't even cross my mind as being weird, TBH – so many more weird/silly/incredible things happened.

I'm still wondering, as posted earlier, why exactly they DNA-tested all the local men. That wouldn't help to find the killer, would it?

I don't think she wanted Mum or Dad taking her to the airport. She dived in and waved goodby with some relief. She was portrayed throughout the series as irritated by her mum trying to baby her.

We were thinking: a taxi from Fort Augustus to Inverness! How much would that cost?!
Surely you'd just drive - though mum's car was pretty unreliable.

The taxi driver was probably dad's mate doing a favour, not being charged at taxi rates.

If they'd DNA-tested Keiran or Jordan properly then they'd have realised the heart was from their father, which would have been a Blatant Clue!
