I was just talking about me, Bit, but clearly other people are finding it difficult to work out parts of the drama.

Agree, Itsfab. Too much flipping to & fro. So many weak characters. Then yes, Nesbitt v intense and excellent just about keeping it going. Could have been so much better.

Am very muddled but I am enjoying it and really enjoying the slow pace tbh.

I thought when Ian said 'a mistake' he meant that HAVING Molly in the first place had been a mistake.

I'm the only one who doesn't think that JN is fab in it, aren't I?

Think it's all relative. He's the best of a rather wooden bunch, imho!

I have been surprised at how many people are saying he's amazing, I mean I think he's good in it but not too that level!! Mind you I don't think the wife is wooden either - I had them impression that this was the character's emotional hold back!!!

I think the main discussion is on thread 2 now. A fair few pages in now.

I do think JN is very good and whilst Emily does seem wooden I do agree that she appears like that because she is suppressing her emotions to try and get on with her life but occasionally goes off to breakdown in private. I think she does that hand thing she was doing after she thought James called her mum to try and suppress her feelings/emotions.
