I get a lovely colour all over except my legs which are covered in streaks. Tried exfoliating and moisturising first but it made no difference

Me?

Is there more than one sort - they only had one type by the tills (on some sort of offer - I only notices it because had seen this thread title).

Where do you live?

If they have some tomorrow, & I have time to nip in before work (depends on buses) I will get some & post here - ok?

I don't get home till 3.30 pm btw

Enid · 15/06/2005 19:51

I can get it in my superdrug

I tried and and didn't like the smell but tried it again and the colour is quite good ( ab it yellow). It gets quite dark quite quickly and when I stopped applying it it wore off quite streakily. Should have exfoliated I guess.

champs · 16/06/2005 00:51

Reviving the thread...I'm wondering what you lot who've tried it think of it after weeks have gone by? does it work and do you get the hang of it?

pindy · 12/07/2005 11:40

works really well, do have to be careful with knees and elbows, but good.

Carla · 15/07/2005 19:00

OK, on the strength of this thread I went out and bought 4 bottles. I have never tried fake tan before, so take pity on a poor girl - but where do you stop? Neckline? Ears? Toes? Soles of feet? And if you wipe it off you hands, do you end up with a tanned body but white hands? TIA

serenity · 15/07/2005 19:13

Don't just wipe your hands WASH THEM!

Otherwise you will end up with manky orange bits between your fingers (and no, hands manage to blend in OK) I do everything from feet upwards, but I don't bother with fiddly bits like ears or unseen bits like flabby baby belly

Carla · 15/07/2005 20:24

Thank you serenity. How long does it take to show up?
